About: My husband and I have always been dog people. Growing up he had two labradors and I had a beagle. When we bought our house we adopted a senior lab. We spoiled him as much as we could and loved him unconditionally. After losing Ceasar two years ago, we walked into an animal shelter and that's where our baby, Uru-Kai, stole our hearts. I don't work on weekends, I have holidays off and the summer off. I already have a dog so I know how important it is to stick to a routine. Our current dog goes out on four walks a day. If he needs to go potty because he drank too much water we let him in the back yard. If he seems bored he rings the doorbell to be let in the backyard. When we need to leave the house our dog is put in his crate to ensure that he's safe and stays out of trouble while we're gone.

About: I’ve taken care of and owned pets since I was a little kid. I absolutely adore animals and love each one like my own! I am a hard worker and dedicated individual who promises to give your pets the best care possible because I know how nerve racking it is to leave your pets alone! I am currently working part-time so I have plenty of extra time to take care of your pets! If given at least 2 weeks notice I can take off of my other job for the days that I am needed. I cannot provide care in my home as of right now, however at your home I can provide as much or as little as need be. Whether it is letting your dog out in your backyard or taking them on walks I am capable of both. If it is overnight I am more than happy to make sure they are well taken care of and given lots of cuddles!

I work from home as a designer, which means your dog will rarely be left alone and will receive plenty of attention, supervision, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. I also have a fenced yard and a cozy, dog-friendly home filled with beds, toys, and space to relax. I have a small dog named Nacho who is my sidekick and keeps me on a consistent routine with regular potty breaks, outdoor time, and play sessions throughout the day. Dogs staying with me are treated like family — they’ll have access to water, comfy spaces to rest, toys, and lots of love. I’m happy to accommodate cuddle bugs too — if your pup enjoys sleeping near people, they’ll fit right in here. My goal is to create a safe, calm, and loving environment where your dog feels comfortable while you’re away. 🐾 I have 1 small dog that is by my side 24/7 during the week. Caring for your pet will fit into my routine nicely. I work as a designer and always home during the week. I usually let my boy Nacho out to play in the morning at 7am, 8am, 11am, 2pm, and 4pm, 6pm and 9:15pm. I usually keep the dogs with me in my area while I work. They have access water, food, beds and toys. I have a bunch of doggy beds and toys 🧸 all around the house. I also don’t mind the dogs sleeping in bed with me. I love to snuggle with the fur babies.

We scheduled basic check ins/potty breaks over 4 days that they had to be home alone for 8+ hrs each day. The meet and greet went really well and was easy to set up. About: I worked at a dog daycare/boarding place at the Wag Hotels Schiller Park location for 2 1/2 years: feeding, cleaning their rooms, giving medications and more! I have great experience with both cats and all types of dogs and have always enjoyed my time spent with the animals! :) I also have my own animals at home that I take care of— both a dog and a cat. I am taking classes during the week and my schedule will be more packed during the weekdays, so weekends would be the best for me to work with! Unfortunately I cannot house pets during the day or overnight as I am in school, but I am available for drop in visits, dog-walking, and possibly future pet sitting opportunities!

I've had pets my entire life and one of my favorite things is taking them (yes, even my cats) on walks to explore the outdoors and get their exercise in. I'm a teacher looking for a fun summer side gig and I would love to not only feed and walk your pets, but play with them and show them love and affection. I am currently a teacher on summer vacation with some part-time nannying and babysitting work. My schedule is very free and clear this summer to be able to take care of you pets whenever you may need. I'm a quick learner and once I know where all the pet stuff is I will be able to provide the best quality care for them. I have experience with administering medication, as well as potty training/taking dogs out on a consistent schedule.
