I work from home as a designer, which means your dog will rarely be left alone and will receive plenty of attention, supervision, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. I also have a fenced yard and a cozy, dog-friendly home filled with beds, toys, and space to relax. I have a small dog named Nacho who is my sidekick and keeps me on a consistent routine with regular potty breaks, outdoor time, and play sessions throughout the day. Dogs staying with me are treated like family — they’ll have access to water, comfy spaces to rest, toys, and lots of love. I’m happy to accommodate cuddle bugs too — if your pup enjoys sleeping near people, they’ll fit right in here. My goal is to create a safe, calm, and loving environment where your dog feels comfortable while you’re away. 🐾 I have 1 small dog that is by my side 24/7 during the week. Caring for your pet will fit into my routine nicely. I work from home. I usually let my boy Nacho out to play in the morning at 7am, 8am, 11am, 2pm, and 4pm, 6pm and 9:15pm. I usually keep the dogs with me in my area while I work. They have access water, food, beds and toys. I have a bunch of doggy beds and toys 🧸 all around the house. I also don’t mind the dogs sleeping in bed with me. I love to snuggle with the fur babies.

About: Hi! I’m just moved and I’m excited to start dog/house sitting in Chicago. I grew up with 3 dogs, mid to large size, but have taken care of dozen of dogs of varying sizes, ages, and needs. I truly enjoy connecting with dogs and am eager to meet yours! I primarily work remote. The only day I am consistently unavailable is on Wednesdays and most Sunday mornings. Otherwise, I am available to house or dog sit as needed. While I cannot offer my own home (I have 14 roommates!), I take care to make sure the dogs I watch are well loved and cared for.

About: I’ve been grateful to have had the opportunity to take care of my family members’ and friends’ furry friends, both cats and dogs, by providing adequate food and water, ensuring potty breaks and/or clean up time, and engaging and stimulating play and enrichment time. I also have experience reinforcing puppy training skills with puppies when sitting and looking after newly trained pups. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to spend with your pup and/or kitty. My schedule is pretty open and flexible and willing to accommodate as needed with adequate notice. Safety is my number one priority, so when going into your home to look after your furry friend, I make sure all safety and security measures are in place while I am there and when I leave for the day. I communicate effectively and promptly with pet owners to confirm safety & lock up procedure of the home as well as when any other safety or environment concerns arise.

About: My husband and I have always been dog people. Growing up he had two labradors and I had a beagle. When we bought our house we adopted a senior lab. We spoiled him as much as we could and loved him unconditionally. After losing Ceasar two years ago, we walked into an animal shelter and that's where our baby, Uru-Kai, stole our hearts. I don't work on weekends, I have holidays off and the summer off. I already have a dog so I know how important it is to stick to a routine. Our current dog goes out on four walks a day. If he needs to go potty because he drank too much water we let him in the back yard. If he seems bored he rings the doorbell to be let in the backyard. When we need to leave the house our dog is put in his crate to ensure that he's safe and stays out of trouble while we're gone.
