“I live in the Belmont cragin neighborhood and I was seeking a dog walker for my dog Toby. After seeking multiple dog walking business, we we’re not in there service area. My last resort was Rover, I was really hesitant and nervous about finding a dog walker on an app. I reached out to Jose based on his wonderful reviews and his profile information. I notified Jose this was my first time using Rover and i was nervous and hesitant, i asked if we can do a meet and greet in person first. Jose immediately responded to me and agreed to a meet in greet the same day. I asked Jose the questions I had for him in regards of Rover how it worked and what I was looking for in a dog walker and my schedule needs. Jose answered all my questions and was able to accommodate me in his schedule. Toby warmed up to Jose that same day as well, Jose has taken toby on two walks so far and by the pictures and how excited toby is to see him when he picks him up, it definitely puts me at ease! I am very happy the dog walking business we’re not able to accommodate me, because I found Jose! He’s reliable, kind and overall has a great vibe. Toby would also agree!!! The best part is that Toby will have the same dog walker everyday! Thank you Jose for making me and Toby feel at ease. I look forward seeing how your relationship with Toby will grow! About: I have taken care of many animals from fish, turtles, dogs and cats. I have the patience and knowledge of taking care of seven kittens as well as senior cats and dogs I'm currently working freelance, so I'll have plenty of time to take care of your fur babies. I'm available everyday from 10 a.m to 9 p.m Monday to Saturday. I have two cats at home both of wich I raised when they were kittens. I also puppysat and helped potty train for my neighbors.

During the school year, I am completely free during weekends and most evenings. During the summer or holiday breaks, I am almost always fully available. I am always exited to meet new animals with a friendly smile and I match their pace regarding initial meetings and comfortability! Whether it’s for a familiar walk or for feeding times, I am ecstatic to meet a new furry friend.

About: Growing up with a larger family I have always been used to a much hectic environment. I’ve been around much vocal and less vocal pets and it’s always awesome to see what personality you will get with your fur baby! I would love to be able to play and most importantly keep your pets safe. I dedicate about all of my time to making sure all pets are well taken care of. I also love going to my nearest shelter and love to take out the pups out on walks and love to keep up with my shelters announcements. About: I’ve had pets as young as 6 years old, both cats and dogs. I’ve taken care of small dogs from shitzu Maltese mix to St. Bernard’s. Currently I own 2 female cats and learned the difference between dog and cat responsibilities. I currently work the AM shift at my full time job (4:45AM-1:45PM), and am completely free in the afternoon after work. I also have my availability for the rest of the year and can be pretty flexible with some notice. I have an extra room I use as an office in my apartment, this way I’m able to give them space away from my pets.

About: I unfortunately wasn’t allowed to have pets until I was older. I adopted my first pet (a cat) at 19 and she’s still with me! With the addition of 5 other cats as well since my family moved in with me😭. Although 2 of those cats are technically not mine, but one of family members, I still care for them all the same. I have also fostered kittens before and helped potty train them as well as bottle fed them. I have some experience giving medication to my cats for a short time; no long term medications as of now. —————————————————— I have pet sit for my friends whom are mostly fellow cat owners. For them, they usually just ask me to drop by during the day or evening to feed and change their litter and spend some time around them. I’ve taken care of my friends dog who doesn’t go on walks, so I would let her out in my friends yard to use the bathroom and then she’d come right back in to lay on the couch. I have several family members that are dog owners and I’ve been around them playing with them and occasionally went on walks with them or helped feeding them. But I’ve never officially taken care of them with out the owners being there. ——————————————— Although I am more of a cat person, I do get along with dogs! With cats I have 6 or so years of experience and with dogs I have about 2 years of experience. When visiting your home, I will take care of your home and leave things as they were!! If there any instructions you would like for me to follow, I will gladly read them, whether that’s for the fur babies or the house itself! I’m currently working part time so my schedule is pretty flexible and since my family currently lives with me they help take care of my own cats if I leave town. I typically work Wednesday and Friday afternoons and I’m free after 5:30pm, I do work weekends but I’m normally available after 4:00 pm and can stay overnight if needed. I’m normally off Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays so I can come by more during those days, but any day during the week I can fit in dropping by, specially in the afternoons! Since I currently live with family and 6 cats I understand most other pets might not immediately get along with 6 new animals, so I can always drop by or stay at your place to take care of your fur babies!

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, big dogs to small dogs. I always take special care to treat any pet as they are my own. I work from home so I have no conflicts with pet care. Also I usually go on routine walks so why walks won’t be an issue. I usually keep bedrooms and bathroom closed off with them having access to the living room and conjoined kitchen. The dogs are also allowed on the couch as long as they are well behaved.
