About: I grew up surrounded by dogs—from Jinx, my childhood black lab who taught me loyalty, to Bear, the calmest and wisest German shepherd you could ever meet. These days my parents’ pack includes Nacho (a rescue with a spinal condition who gets around just fine with some help) and Walker, a high-energy Alabama coonhound who’s basically chaos on four legs. I’m also a regular house-sitter for two wonderful pit bulls, Chi-Chi and Lechleeto, and I’m comfortable with dogs of every personality and size—from sweet blockheads and seniors who need meds and gentle care, to high-energy pups who think "walk" means "drag the human through the neighborhood." I’ve helped with mobility issues, given oral and topical medications, and logged more hours playing fetch than I can count. I take a patient, upbeat approach to every dog I meet. My schedule’s flexible, and whether your pup needs a walk, a buddy for the day, overnight house-sitting, or a whole lot of belly rubs, I’m here for it! 26 years of animal experience (8 years of independent care) I work a 9-5 in Old Irving Park. I currently work part time. My schedule is not that busy so I will have more then enough time to take good care of all your pets. About: I unfortunately wasn’t allowed to have pets until I was older. I adopted my first pet (a cat) at 19 and she’s still with me! With the addition of 5 other cats as well since my family moved in with me😭. Although 2 of those cats are technically not mine, but one of family members, I still care for them all the same. I have also fostered kittens before and helped potty train them as well as bottle fed them. I have some experience giving medication to my cats for a short time; no long term medications as of now. —————————————————— I have pet sit for my friends whom are mostly fellow cat owners. For them, they usually just ask me to drop by during the day or evening to feed and change their litter and spend some time around them. I’ve taken care of my friends dog who doesn’t go on walks, so I would let her out in my friends yard to use the bathroom and then she’d come right back in to lay on the couch. I have several family members that are dog owners and I’ve been around them playing with them and occasionally went on walks with them or helped feeding them. But I’ve never officially taken care of them with out the owners being there. ——————————————— Although I am more of a cat person, I do get along with dogs! With cats I have 6 or so years of experience and with dogs I have about 2 years of experience. When visiting your home, I will take care of your home and leave things as they were!! If there any instructions you would like for me to follow, I will gladly read them, whether that’s for the fur babies or the house itself! I’m currently working part time so my schedule is pretty flexible and since my family currently lives with me they help take care of my own cats if I leave town. I typically work Wednesday and Friday afternoons and I’m free after 5:30pm, I do work weekends but I’m normally available after 4:00 pm and can stay overnight if needed. I’m normally off Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays so I can come by more during those days, but any day during the week I can fit in dropping by, specially in the afternoons! Since I currently live with family and 6 cats I understand most other pets might not immediately get along with 6 new animals, so I can always drop by or stay at your place to take care of your fur babies!

About: I have volunteered daily at my local shelter back in California for two years, giving dogs love and fear free training. I specialize in dogs with anxiety and aggression issues. I also have my own (very anxious) dog back at home that I raised for 6 years. I miss having a dog very much and am excited to give your dog some love! I am currently a college student. All my classes only meet once weekly so I have a lot of time on my hands to care for dogs! Sat, Sun, and Mon, I am available all day. Tue, Wed, Thurs, I am available after 4pm. Friday I am available after noon. I make sure to develop trust with a dog prior to walking or caring for them. The dogs comfortability is my first priority. I am happy to give your dog plenty of love and affection when they are open to receiving it.

About: I've been taking care of pets my entire life. My family has had at least one dog at a time since before I was born. So, feeding, walking, cleaning up after, and cuddling are all activities I enjoy! In addition, I have been watching family, friends, and neighbors' pets since I was around 10 years old. I am a recent college graduate, who misses my doggie and kitty back at my parent’s house! I love all animals and want to share that love with your pets! I am a Chicago flight attendant, so I have a unique schedule. I am off about 12 days a month, where I am available all day/night. The days change from month to month, but I get my schedule for the next month about 3 weeks in advance and will update my calendar then. I have experience with dogs that tend to run off, so I am prepared to ensure that they are on a leash or within a closed, gated backyard. I also have a fenced-in yard to ensure safety. I have exposure to feeding dogs and cats with medicines if needed. Lastly, I am able to follow strict dietary instructions for pets with sensitive stomachs.

I also use an air purifier to help reduce airborne particles, which may be helpful for pets with sensitivities. Before a stay, we’ll review your pet’s routine, prescribed medications, dietary needs, allergies, mobility limitations, and any symptoms you want me to watch for. For pets recovering from surgery or managing an illness, I carefully follow the instructions provided by you and your veterinarian, including medication timing and activity restrictions. We’ll discuss compatibility with my own dogs and any need for separate spaces. I’ll share photos and updates, communicate concerns promptly, and keep your emergency contacts and veterinary information available. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and deeply cared for while you’re away.
