About: I’ve had dogs all my life and enjoy spending time with them! I have 2 dachshunds at my family’s house. I have also previously fostered kittens and older cats. I’m studying for my national certification exam, so I currently have lots of flexibility in my schedule. Would love to schedule lots of walks to be outside more often! I want your animals to be as comfortable as possible and would love to be able to stick to any routine you already have set up for them, whether that’s treats after walks or certain times they go in crates. I’m very flexible.

About: I’ve grown up taking care of my family’s dogs, big and small. With my dogs currently states away, I recently started volunteering at PAWS Chicago in my free time, and have even dog-sat for a foster parent in need from time to time! I’m working at a hospital full time (3 days a week) while applying to medical school, so my schedule varies week by week. Generally, I should have availability for daytime walks and occasional weekends! I have a small, fenced in yard where I can take your pet outside to go to the bathroom and/or roam around. I have space to put a crate or bed and for any belongings your pet may have! Every dog will get as many pets and snuggles as they’d like while at my apartment ☺️
“Nicole was punctual, communicative, and great with our pup who instantly warmed up to her. Clearly experienced with a variety of pups. We look forward to using her services again!”

About: I’ve had dogs in the family since I was little. With both parents working it was up to my sister and I to take care of them. I’ve had experience with reactive dogs as I’ve had two pitbulls that were unfortunately poorly socialized, and I know how important it is to keep a tight leash. That doesn’t mean I love them any less :) Currently my daily life has no set schedule, this means I can help out whenever! Pet care is a priority so I will be putting that ahead of any plans that arise. I always follow their routine to keep them as comfortable as possible. I know boredom can be a big problem especially with hyper breeds, so I always give the time to keep them entertained and engaged. Bathroom breaks and walks are consistent to keep them on a schedule.

“Erica is AWESOME!! She made us feel super comfortable and I can tell by the photos that our dog was loving all the attention! Erica is very communicative and reliable. If you’re choosing someone - Erica is your gal! 😊”

“Ragen is absolutely amazing! She walks my dog, Moose, twice a week, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she provides. Moose is a big guy at around 75 pounds, and Ragen does an incredible job handling him with confidence, patience, and care. She is always reliable, and I really appreciate that she sends pictures during his walks so I can see how much fun he’s having. It’s clear that she genuinely loves what she does and treats Moose like he’s her own. I always feel comfortable knowing he’s in great hands with her. I highly recommend Ragen to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy dog walker!”

“Daría was great! She responded quickly to all communication and arrived on time. My pup isn’t used to walks and was a little frazzled at first, but she quickly warmed up to Daria thanks to her kind and gentle persona. Will definitely book her the next time I need a walker.”

“Roxanne is great! I often do things last minute and Roxanne is always accommodating and super responsive. She takes lots of pictures and my dog looks so happy in all of them!”

“Valerie was great! She was easy to work with to set up our meet and greet and then a few visits. She was very communicative both before and during the visits. Our dog was not feeling great, and Valerie took extra care with her and helped us feel okay with being away. We definitely hope to use Valerie's pet services again!”

“Rebecca took our pup on a nice long walk, and gave a detailed update with great communication throughout. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to get their dog a little exercise and/or bathroom break! A++”

About: I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats my entire life, and caring for animals has always been a large part of who I am. I currently have 4 dogs and 4 cats all of different breeds, sizes, and personalities therefore I am comfortable caring for pets with a variety of needs. I have experience giving medication, following feeding schedules, and making sure each pet gets the attention and care they deserve. I also enjoy spending time outside and going for walks. I’m currently a full time pre-nursing student and work PRN as a switchboard operator at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. Because of my flexible schedule, I’m able to accommodate a variety of pet care needs, including drop in visits, walks, overnight stays, and some last-minute bookings whenever possible. My school schedule is subject to change and being PRN shifts could pop up here and there but I am very flexible and willing to work around what ever possibly comes up. In the aspect of my school schedule I have classes mon/tue/thur/fri. Monday and Friday 11am-12:30pm, Tuesday 9:30am-2:20pm and Thursday 8am-2:20pm. Safety and comfort are a priority to me. Each animal has their own personalities and day to day activities. I would like to know what your pet likes, whether it be extra playing time, going for walks, or even extra attention to make sure they feel the most comfortable at home. I am also comfortable crating a dog if it is needed.
About: Animals have always been a special part of my life. My home has never been without something furry or scaled or shelled. In addition to caring for my own dogs and cats over the years, I have enjoyed walking dogs and doing dog sitting and cat sitting for many friends and neighbors. I am loving, reliable and safety focused. I am also conscientious to clean up any pet mess and respect your home. I am home based and looking to fill my days and my heart with animals. My kids are in school so my schedule revolves around dropping them off and picking them up in the morning in the afternoon. As a life long pet owner myself, I know how much you care about your fur baby. I love mine too. I take a very safe, loving and risk adverse approach to pet care. I will take the time to learn from you about your pet to understand the specifics of how you want care to be handled and will follow those instructions. I am able to do walks, water checks, feedings, play time and accident clean-up if needed. I am comfortable working with pets on skills that need to be practiced and am comfortable administering oral medications if needed. I also have experience with rabbits and turtles. I look forward to loving your pet.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - North Center
We walked Butch together so that I could see how she handled him since I was a bit nervous, as this is my first time hiring a walker, but Justina was very polite and attentive to my directions. I'll be having her walk Butch regularly since he seems to like her a lot!
