Hi! I'm Maggie. 👋🏼 I've been surrounded by dogs for as long as I can remember. From my very first poodle when I was five years old to my sweet pup today, dogs have been one of the greatest sources of love, joy, and companionship in my life. Over the years, I've cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. Friends and family have always trusted me with their pets while they're away, and I've learned that every dog is unique. Some are full of energy and eager to play, while others need a little extra patience, reassurance, or time to feel comfortable in a new environment. Helping each dog feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. I have experience caring for puppies, senior dogs, and pups with a variety of medical and emotional needs. I'm comfortable administering both oral and injectable medications, following detailed care instructions, and adapting to each dog's individual routine. Whether it's supporting a nervous dog through separation anxiety, encouraging a picky eater, or simply offering extra cuddles to a pup who's missing home, I believe that thoughtful, individualized care can make all the difference. To me, caring for dogs isn't just about feeding, walking, or playtime. It's about creating a space where they feel loved, secure, and truly at home until their favorite humans return. Callie had a great time and was well taken care of. Only feedback is that I wasn't aware this was a dog boarding place and I expected my dog to be the only dog, but this wasn't the case. Regardless we received a lot of pictures and videos.

I have a cat that I took in from the street. She's skittish and only allows a few people to befriend her. Margarita was patient and loving with her and my sweet baby ADORED her and they were cuddling by end of day 1. She was communicative throughout her time staying at my house with Fugaz and really made me feel comfortable. She left my house clean and tidy and my cat had her food, water, and liter upkept. Id recommend Margaria to anyone!
Maggy is honestly the best not only is she my pet sitter but my entire family’s. She takes care of my pitty, 3 cats, snake and jumping spider, my parents cat and my brothers 3 cats. I know sounds like a lot but any time any of us are on vacation she is the only one we trust to look after any of them. She is extremely punctual and depending on how long we are gone she stays and house sits or just comes by at whoever prospectives house that she is pet sitting for.
I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Maggie on a couple of dog & cat sitting opportunities. Watching her work with animals, and working alongside her was such a fulfilling, pleasant experience, that I asked her if she would watch my own dog sometimes. I am so grateful she said yes. My pup is a sweetheart, yet requires more care than he used to now that he has a cancerous tumor. Maggie has been so good with providing that extra level of care and compassion, and staying on top of all his meds and supplements, including giving him IV fluids daily and hand feeding him. Before her, the only other person I would trust with him was my sister, and Maggie was able to provide us both such breathing room... We were finally able to go traveling together again. Maggie is a bright light, she is friendly, reliable, fun to be around, and it is so obvious how much she enjoys caring for animals. Thank you for everything, Maggie!
I honestly can’t recommend her enough! She’s been taking care of my mom’s dogs every time our family goes to Puerto Rico, and we never have to worry about them while we’re away. From the very beginning, it was obvious how much she genuinely loves animals. She keeps them on their normal routine, gives them so much love and attention, and always makes sure they’re happy and comfortable. One of my favorite things is that she sends regular updates and photos, so we always know they’re doing well. Our dogs are always excited to see her, which says everything about how well she treats them. We come home to happy, relaxed pups every single time. Finding someone you can completely trust with your pets isn’t easy, but she’s definitely that person. If you’re looking for someone reliable, caring, and who will treat your pets like family, I would recommend her without hesitation!

Schedule
Caring for pups is the main thing I do currently, other than driving Uber when I'm not booked, and some house chores or studying from home. I will be at home with your pups at all times and I will have plenty of free time to play and interact with them.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large porch and fully fenced back-yard with a large tree where all pups love to run around and play. If the weather is nice, we are likely to spend most of the day outside, either at home or Palmer's park across the street. We allow our pups and guest pups on the couches and beds. I make sure the pups get a lot of attention and interactions, and also some needed down-time.
