Pet care experience
House, yard, grass & lots of love!
I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life and I miss my beautiful and funny German Shepherd whom I lost to cancer. I’d love to take care of your fur babies, it’s been so great to have dogs back in my life. I have patience, skills, a fenced in yard and because I work from home, time to enjoy the time I get with your pup. I also bring experience with medications and general dog behavior so I can keep all of your dogs safe, secure and happy.

Laura is always the best sitter! Our dog has food intolerance and GI issues. Her feeding instructions change every so often, but Laura pays great attention to our detailed food/medicine instructions every time we board with her. We love that Piggy meets new friends while here. We know our dog is safe, spoiled, and well cared for when we travel. There is nothing more we can ask for 💜

Laura is a fantastic sitter. She loves dogs and knows how to care for them. She’s been watching my sweet, but very anxious pup, Alani, for over a year. Alani loves going to her house, which is such a relief when I have to go out of town. I highly recommend her services!

Laura was able to take our pup relatively last minute on a holiday and we were so appreciative. She has watched Albie several times over the years and it has always been great!

Great care for my senior dog. Will definitely book again.

Laura was incredible! We felt great leaving our dogs with her.

Doesn't feed dogs. My dog came home sad twice because she was hungry. Does not communicate or ask questions to clarify if confused. Passive aggressive.

Schedule
I work from home - all computer work and my days are totally flexible. I can handle puppies who need lots of potty breaks and dogs with energy who may need to get their zoomies out in my back yard. I do have 5 stairs down to the back yard so very senior dogs with mobility problems will either have to be small enough to carry or able to manage stairs with the help of a sling.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a lot of experience. I only take a small number of boarding pets at a time and will also take dogs for daycare with a max of 4 daycare dogs total. This way, your dogs won't get stressed out from too much action and they can get a lot of attention during the day to stay safe and happy. They also get to play with other sweet dogs. I might be a bit more expensive but will work with clients to be sure their babies are getting the love they need to be happy while in our care. I do take dogs who struggle to feel comfortable with other dogs for weekend boarding. Contact us early enough and we can give your dog who is really a people person a solo experience.
A typical day
Our morning routine is coffee for me and a quick run around the back yard for our doggie friends. I try to take a play break every hour or two for my own exercise and for my dogs! At lunch, we go for a walk around the neighborhood and when the weather is good, more backyard time in the evening.
