Adam & Keit ARE AWESOME. They’re always so loving with Paco 🥰 they even gave him a plush toy and constantly sent me updates and photos of how he was doing. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone

Adam and Keit were kind to Cashew, and I believe they cared for him well overall. However, I was disappointed with my last two boarding experiences. Communication was not very proactive, and I had to prompt them for updates. More importantly, during both stays, I received photos of Cashew outside wearing only his harness and leash, despite my clear instruction that his collar and ID tags must be on when taken outside. For me, this is a major safety issue. A collar with identification is one of the most important ways to help reunite a lost dog with their owner. I know Adam and Keit have many positive reviews, which makes this difficult to write, but missing the same safety instruction during two separate stays makes me hesitant to book with them again.
