“Chachi had a wonderful time at day care. He got along very well with everyone even though he was a late arrival to the pack today but he got along just fine and everyone loved him. He shared a bed with a sweet little dog who was missing a leg. Chachi likes the big yard to roam around; he's older so he does not play but he still likes the opportunity to go free in the fenced in yard. Ian can well accommodate little ones, big ones and handicapped ones all together for a nice time to be had by all. Ian offers food on time and often, sets out clean full water (I know other places that do not set out water the whole day) and he accommodates each individual dog's needs.”

Zinnia also hates walks so if they require walks they will get me all to themselves!

I grew up with dogs and have been a petsitter, dog walker, and a pet foster mom for many years. I have experience training dogs, administering medication, and preparing meals for special diets. I know that every dog or cat is different, and I tailor my care to their specific needs and personalities. I provide the level of experience you can trust and the loving care your pet will enjoy! I work from home and have a flexible schedule during the week. When petsitting, I'm able to accommodate as many walks as your dog prefers and lots and lots of play time! I'm also free on weekends. I strive to keep your pet's routine and comfort level the same as if you were there. I know consistency is key to a happy cat or dog! For dogs that I board, I live right next to beautiful Winnemac Park, which pups really love (on a leash, of course). I do live in a third floor walk-up, so boarded dogs would need to be able to handle stairs, or be comfortable with/small enough to be carried. Also, please note: I have a full-time remote job. It's very flexible and leaves me with lots of time for walks, potty breaks, meds, feeding, play time, etc. But on weekdays I will need to be at my computer (including occasional 30-60 min zoom calls) throughout the day. On weekends, I will not be working.

About: I have had a family dog my whole life. I was raised with a Golden Retriever and then had twos Daschunds. I now have my own dog that I rescued last year. She is a German Shepherd/ Great Pyrenees Mix. She is the sweetest thing in the world but she has a lot of anxiety. She is in every single way the perfect dog. She loves other dogs and is very friendly to them. I provide house sitting, dog boarding, doggy daycare, dog walking, and drop-in visits. Please note that all services provided at my house my dog would be present. My partner and I have a huge apartment with multiple rooms for all your dog's needs, and a fenced in back yard. I plan to take care of your dog just like I take care of mine. So no matter how big or small or how much anxiety they may have I am the one for the job. i'm currently going to school and run my own business. I have plenty of time to take your dog and my dog on a walk. About: I have been a house and pet sitter since High School while working at a vet’s office and all throughout college and many years after. I love a good pet therapy session to keep stress levels down for me and the animal. I have two cats of my own and know how important it is for them to get interacted with throughout the day when we aren’t around, as well as when we have our own overnight commitments to attend. I would be honored to get to spend a little time with your fur baby when needed! I am a fun loving, easy going, and pet (and treat) giving cat mom who loves both cats and dogs! I can’t wait to meet all the incredibly adorable animals possible through this opportunity. I am quite the stimulating pet parent! My cats even knows some commands and tricks. We love some treat giving, toy searching, and you playing in my house! I work for Rover fulltime, so I am always here. I have enough space, and gates to keep 3-5 dogs at a time, if the family is comfortable with other friendly dogs being in the same house with them. I walk all separately unless they are from the same family or the dogs are really good friends. We take about 5-6 walks a day around the neighborhood ranging between 20-30 minutes depending on the weather of the season, and even have a deck with a piece of “grass” where older pets can use the restroom easily or if it is raining, for a quick potty break. We have water in every room of the house, we love to give treats, have crates and gates for alone time if needed, and there is always an opportunity to sunbathe in our house or on our deck.
