“Emily is communicative, trustworthy, and compassionate. During her first stay with our dog and two cats, she handled a vet emergency responsibly and with grace. We’re very happy to recommend her services!”

“Thanks Walter for doing a meet and greet with our husky mix, Comet. You handled his energy really well during a longer 6-hour stay. Appreciate you keeping him on his walk schedule and helping him stay calm - he was so mellow when we got home. I’d happily book again! 😊”

“Michelle was wonderful with our two dogs! We needed someone to stay with them last minute when our original plans fell through. She communicated with us throughout our time away, sending photos and texts, and left our house just as she found it. Our two dogs appreciated the walks and loving attention and were happy and healthy when we got back. She also was able to administer meds for both our pets. And she was super flexible and able to stay an extra night when we needed to adjust our plans. We will definitely be using Michelle again!”

“Anana took wonderful care of my dogs. Communication between us was excellent and my dogs were clearly taken excellent care of while I was away She also left my house in perfect condition. Highly recommend.”

“Dilrose took excellent care of my pup while I was out of town. She kept me updated throughout the stay and sent many pictures. I will definitely ask her to watch my pup in the future and highly recommend her to others.”

“Aleia is great with our dogs and very responsive. She stayed with them for 2 weeks while we were away. Great communication throughout and she took wonderful care of our home too. We will use her again for sure!”

“Kristin was a fabulous caretaker for our dog (and home) when we traveled for a whole week. She was responsive to all our anxieties, and provided regular check-ins so we never had to wonder if everything was okay. Most immportantly, Kristin has a calm presence and was patient and kind with our dog, who is slow to warm up to strangers, and we know that he was safe and happy in our absence.”

“This is our second time having Adam stay at our house. Our dog, Oliver, absolutely loves having him here. Oliver is an anxious dude and Adam def made us all feel less worried about Oliver while we were out of town. Super appreciative.”

“Melanie was AMAZING with our two dogs. Both of our dogs can be a bit of a handful with guests or new people, and she took it with stride and made them relaxed and happy all weekend long! Melanie took great care of the house too, and kept us updated with pictures and videos. She even had to help give some pills to our dog who had a tooth injury right before our trip, and she was a huge help there! We can’t wait to work with Melanie again!”
“Hanna did a fantastic job sitting our large sheepadoodle, Shibobo, at our house over several days. Shibobo can be mischievous, but Hanna did very well managing his quirks. She carefully followed the instructions we had left and was a great communicator too. I highly recommend her services!”

“Had a great experience with Tammy, who provided in-home dog-sitting for our two dogs while we were away for a couple of weeks. She was kind, professional, communicative, and took very good care of the fur babies. We returned to a tidy house and a couple of happy, healthy doggos. Will definitely ask her to sit for us again, and would recommend her to others!”

“Gail was wonderful to work with! She gave lots of updates and took great care of my kitten! I can home to a happy, relaxed kitten, which is all I could’ve asked for! Highly recommend!”

“Raffaella was wonderful. She spent lots of time playing with my pups. She sent tons of pictures and gave me fun updates. The dogs looked very happy. I would highly recommend her.”

“Lauren is an awesome pet sitter. Awesome doesn’t even begin to describe them. Lauren came in short notice while we were out of town during an emergency. They were able to not only take care of our puppy but our very socially picky cat. Salem really took onto Lauren which rarely happens with him. Lauren’s communication was great and photos were sent daily. I would trust Lauren to pet sit anytime and honestly to any of my friends.”

“Johanna was a very responsible sitter and made sure we got plenty of pictures of our pets while on vacation. She was even a great house guest and left our home cleaner than when we left it!”

Irving Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
I knew Emily was ten best choice for my Henry as soon as I met her and i wasn’t wrong. I have a 12 year old lab mix and have been worried about leaving him in the care of anyone outside of my family. She took such good care of my guy- she checked in with me a couple of times but was able to navigate everything else with ease. Would request Emily again in the future

Claude took care of my bernese mountain dog Glen Coco in my home while I was away on vacation, and they were an incredible caretaker for my girl. Glen Coco can be nervous with new people and hasn’t stayed with a non-relative in over 5 years, but she warmed up to Claude immediately at our meet-and-greet, and from the photos they sent, it was very obvious that Glen Coco was super happy and comfortable during the entire stay. Claude was very thorough in their communication and provided lots of great updates during my week away. They went above and beyond in their care for Glen Coco, spent lots of time loving on her, and made sure any issues were addressed promptly. They were also super respectful of my space and left my home in great condition. I will happily book them again for future stays!

Nya was fantastic! From the very first meet and greet, she asked thoughtful questions and made it clear she genuinely cared about getting to know Cowboy’s routine and needs. While we were away, she sent detailed updates twice a day along with tons of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She was incredibly attentive, communicative, and proactive, and I truly never worried about Cowboy while he was in her care. It was obvious he was getting lots of attention and affection. On top of that, our house looked exactly as we left it when we got home. I would absolutely book with Nya again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter.

We originally booked Allie for a 2 week house sit, and unfortunately Socks had a medical emergency while we were on a different continent. I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her. Allie became Socks’ advocate when we couldn’t be there ourselves. She drove her to multiple vets, spent hours and hours at appointments, volunteered without hesitation to make long drives, stayed with Socks throughout the entire process, and made sure she was never alone or scared. Over three incredibly stressful days, she kept us constantly updated, remained calm and level-headed, asked the right questions, and helped us make decisions from thousands of miles away. What impressed us most was not just the time and effort she put in, but how deeply she cared. She was firm and clear with the vets, thoughtful with us, and incredibly compassionate with Socks. At every step, we knew our dog was being cared for by someone who genuinely had her best interests at heart. Allie has set an exceptionally high bar for every future sitter and dog walker we use. I honestly can’t imagine many people responding to this situation the way she did. We trust her completely and will always be grateful for everything she did for our family.

This was our second time booking with Renee. She took great care of Bert while my boyfriend and I were out of town for a wedding. She clearly loves dogs and treats Bert so well. He was very happy to see her again. Not only did she take good care of Bert she also tidied up the house before departing.

Dilrose was great with my senior dog while house sitting. She administered his medications and catered to him as he is going blind and deaf. She was a very good house guest and went above and beyond during her stay. She was also great with sending updates and photos. I would definitely book her again!

Kelso was absolutely incredible taking care of my doggo child who can be a handful, I completely felt at ease with my dog son in her care! She kindly gave me updates, pics, video, and even got him his first pup cup which he loved! She administered his AM & PM meds without missing any, gave him his special meals, and was able to handle his dog reactivity on walks & keep my boy safe & other dogs safe as well. Cookie was even sad to see her go as he made a new bff, and he’s a picky lil guy. She’s super easy going and down to earth, I will definitely be rebooking the next time I need a doggo sitter & will be recommending for any friends who need dog sitters too!! 🙏🙌👌💖💖💖💖💖🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🐶☺️🤩
