“Put simply: Kate is Great! Kate recently cared for our somewhat nervous (and quite energetic) rescue dog, our bearded dragon, and two parakeets for 10 days while we were visiting family out of state. She did a fantastic job and was incredible to work with on all fronts. She sent us regular pictures (and even a video) of our pets doing wonderfully and somehow managed to leave our house cleaner then when she arrived. She also deftly navigated a tricky situation in which our bearded dragon's basking light burnt out. We had some extra bulbs but they were buried in our basement. Through text Kate was able to find the replacement bulbs and save the day. This was our first experience with Rover, and Kate set the bar extraordinarily high. She is a genuine and kind person, and our dog, who typically takes some time to warm to new people, liked her immediately. About: I’ve lived with dogs my whole life, mostly hounds but lots of experience with all breeds! I am more than happy to work with dogs of any age and have experience with caring for high needs and senior dogs. i am no stranger to a mess and have no problem cleaning up any type of accident. i love all dogs but my heart really goes out to the big pups out there <3. i am quite comfortable with working with dogs that have behavioral/agression issues, given i am properly informed and prepared. i have a fairly open schedule most of the time. i work freelance contractually from time to time, but i am always available to take a break and come see your fur baby. i am returning part time to school in the fall, but that should not interfere with care timings I am very comfortable with dog procedural things. I have experience walking many sizes of dogs, as well as crating and proper and safe playtime. i believe that dogs tell us a lot more than some people let on, so as of course i will follow your guidance in care, i also want to listen to your dogs attitude and communication as well

After speaking with her and then meeting her in person, we immediately felt that she was someone we could trust. She has such a wonderful way with animals, and it was obvious that their comfort and well-being were genuinely important to her. What impressed us just as much was Christina’s professionalism and attention to detail. She followed all of my instructions to a T, which was especially important to me because our cats have their own routines and schedules. I never had to wonder whether something had been forgotten or overlooked. Christina paid attention to every detail and respected exactly how we wanted our cats cared for. Her customer service is absolutely impeccable. She is attentive, responsible, considerate, and very clean and respectful of our home. Having someone stay overnight in your home requires a completely different level of trust, and Christina exceeded our expectations in every way. Most importantly, she gave us something that is priceless when traveling: peace of mind. For the first time, we were able to truly relax and enjoy our trip without worrying about rushing home, disrupting our cats’ routine, or constantly thinking about whether they were comfortable and being properly cared for. Alexis was amazing! She stayed at our place for 2.5 weeks and took care of our senior baby Nina who needed medication and lots of love while I visited my family back in Brasil. Allison was absolutely wonderful with our French bulldog and two cats. As protective pet parents, this was our first time leaving all three of them in someone else’s care, so naturally we were a little apprehensive. Allison immediately put us at ease by offering two consultation visits before our trip so she could thoroughly understand our pets’ individual needs, routines, personalities, and home environment. That level of preparation and genuine care meant a lot to us. Throughout our vacation, Allison was incredibly attentive and responsive. She arrived early and kept us updated with multiple messages and plenty of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that she wasn’t simply checking in on our pets, but genuinely caring for them and making sure they were happy and comfortable. She even went above and beyond by offering thoughtful advice for our continued care of the pets, which we really appreciated. You can tell Allison truly loves animals and takes the responsibility of caring for them seriously. She also left the house tidy and in great shape. It was such a small gesture, but after coming home from a long trip, walking into a clean and tidy home made a bigger difference than she probably realized. We came home to three happy, well-cared-for pets and felt completely comfortable knowing they were in Allison’s hands. She helped make our vacation so much more enjoyable because we never had to worry about how things were going at home. Julia is amazing. She's taken our older dog on walks and she's housesat for us when we were out of town for more than a week. Our dog was so calm and happy when we came home from our trip-- it was clear that Julia made him feel so comfortable. And our house was just as we had left it. Julia meets our dog just where he is: when she saw that he didn't want to go far on walks anymore, she went at his pace and just stayed with him, showing more care and patience than we're often able to bring ourselves. She is a gentle and caring soul and we feel so lucky to have had her help!
We went out of town for 10 days and Zoe took care of our two whippets, Sammy and Bleu. We got updates and pictures each day, and know they got at least two long walks daily (they have Fi collars, so we can see their daily steps). Zoe also took great care of our home and left it cleaner than when she arrived! I could not recommend her enough!
Chauntrell is a lifesaver! Our sitter backed out the day before our trip, and he was immediately available. He sent us picture updates of our sweet Lola, followed our instructions on Lola’s care, and was very communicative! She's a great care taker of your dog or in my case my Son Ghost💙💙. My son enjoys hisself. She took him to the lake and some long walks. Ahriel was communicative, kind, and took great care of my 3 animals on short notice - including a large senior dog and a toothless cat! She asked thorough questions when interviewing her which was reassuring. Since the stay was short notice, she was unable to meet the animals before hand or get a lay of the land (confusing apartment building), but did an incredible job with everything no less. Would recommend her and will hopefully get to use her in the future!
