There was one need for problem solving while away, but she worked with me from afar to work on the best care and plan for my pup. My neighbors talked to her and thought she was great and got along great with our local neighbors and the neighborhood pets on walks with our dog (she is kind of a local celebrity, our dog but Alex too).
