Lifesaver!! Due to some emergency travel issues, we needed Gianni just stay with our dog for an extra night. This was during horrible storms in Chicago. She acted quickly, changed her plans and was able to stay another night with our dog. Cannot thank her enough.
Nicole was great! Stayed with our girls on short notice and took such good care of them (and us)! Came for a meet-and-greet since this was our first time, which I really appreciated. Just the right amount of communication while we were away, including photos of our dogs looking blissful. Thank you, Nicole!
Emmalyn was great, she made us feel so comfortable traveling knowing our dogs were so well cared for! She sent so many good pictures and left our place nice and tidy for our return. She was good with the dogs and we could tell they didn’t feel stress in our absence.
Cristian was awesome. Very communicative and asked all the right questions before booking and updated us frequently with what was going on with our dog. He went above and beyond and took him for an extra walk and feed when our flight was delayed for 4 hours. I’ll definitely book him again!
Malcomn is simply the best and we trust him over everyone. He takes the absolute best care of our pets and home. Our dog has some health issues and he was so attentive to her and communicative with us, we always know that when he’s there that they’re in the best care. He’s our go to guy every time. Couldn’t recommend more!
It’s always such a relief to see Socks so comfortable and genuinely happy with Katherine. That’s really all you want when you’re leaving your dog with someone, especially for a longer stay. This isn’t our first time booking with her, and she’s been consistently reliable, responsive, and just really easy to work with. She also took great care of our home, which we really appreciated. Gail was great with Gizmo! She was very communicative, sending regular updates and photos so we always knew what Gizmo was up to. She was very caring and we felt comfortable leaving Gizmo in her care. She left the house in better condition than when we left. And we returned to a very happy pup!
