Emma was a wonderful sitter for our two Boston terriers! While they are cuddly and chill a good chunk of time, they can be a handful and lots of energy as littermates! Emma was wonderful with them and sent updates regularly. Especially for our one more anxious pup who can have a tougher time with storms and big noises. Communication was great and coordination for everything was easy! We’d definitely use Emma again and recommend her care.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I was highly impressed by Kyla’s level of care and knowledge when it came to pet sitting my dog. Her level of service is above and beyond and I’ll definitely be asking for her help again. She’s going to be my first option from here on out.
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Michael & Joanna—truly above and beyond anything we’ve ever encountered with pet boarding. From the moment we dropped off our grandpup, Grand, Joanna was warm, welcoming, and immediately made him feel at home. She took the time to help him get comfortable in a new environment right away, which meant so much to us—especially since he struggles with social and separation anxiety. Throughout his stay, we received consistent daily updates filled with pictures and videos—without even having to ask! That level of communication gave us so much peace of mind and reassured us that he was not just being cared for, but genuinely enjoying himself. When we came to pick him up, it was clear he had formed a bond—he was still happily following Joanna around! And then came the surprise: they sent him home with a personalized bandanna, an overnight bag, and even an Easter goodie bag. We were completely blown away by the thoughtfulness and care they put into every detail. We’ve used this app for boarding twice before, but we have never felt this at ease or been this impressed with the level of service. The fact that this was also a last-minute booking makes it even more remarkable. Most importantly, not once did Grand seem anxious or sad during his stay—which speaks volumes about the environment they create. We truly can’t thank Michael & Joanna enough. Moving forward, we will ONLY be using their services. Simply outstanding—highly, highly recommend!
Audrey did such a great job of taking care of Pickles! This was his second time staying with her and he loved all of the attention and all of the walks they went on. Audrey was great about keeping in touch and sending us videos and even kept us updated on Pickles’ upset stomach. He can’t wait to stay with her again!
I had to travel for work, and it was the first time I separated from my puppy. Khala was so wonderful. Her care really showed, because my puppy loved the time with Khala. It's so nice knowing tharlt someone who cares as much as Khala does much is watching my precious girl. I will absolutely ask Khala to watch my puppy anytime I travel.
Raquel took great care of our 2 pups! She watched our girls (one with epilepsy & the other a rambunctious puppy) for a week while we were away on a trip. Raquel and her husband were very welcoming and kind, and we left knowing our dogs were in good hands. We’d definitely recommend her!
The dogs came back happy and seemed very relaxed. They are sometimes skiddish of people but hopped right into his car and sniffed him with no fear or barking. This was definitely the most relaxed I have felt leaving my dogs with another person/rover. Not a ton of updates, I think once a day. But I think they were really just vibing and having a nice time. For pickup he seemed to really understand them and enjoy their company. Next time I use rover he will be my first pick :)
Sloane took exceptional care of our dog and gave us total peace of mind while we were away. She provided frequent updates with photos showing how comfortable and well cared for our pup was the entire time. It was obvious that she genuinely cared and treated our dog like her own. She was also very flexible and accommodating when our travel plans changed unexpectedly, which we really appreciated. We would absolutely trust Sloane again.
