Our boy with separation anxiety came back from Kayla’s in much better shape than when he is boarded(not that they do anything wrong). Kayla responds quickly to any questions we have, and always keeps us updated with pictures! We would definitely be happy to send our guy to Kayla again.
Home away from home - Joanna was absolutely brilliant with our little girl Millie! This was our first time boarding her and we are so anxious but Joanna relieved all our fears. She provided fantastic care, followed every instructions and kept Millie happy and healthy. We got regular updates, photos and videos during our trip and Millie had so much fun with the other dogs. Joanna truly goes above and beyond for the little ones - she even gave Millie the cutest bandana and goodie bag before her return. We are so happy that we now have a place where Millie will get similar care as home and lots of pals to play with. We highly recommend Michael and Joanna and look forward to boarding Millie again with them.

She was extremely detail-oriented, followed every instruction thoughtfully, and cared for Maeve as if she were her own. Jose and his girlfriend were willing to take in Koda last minute when no one else would, and I am deeply appreciative. They were very vigilant about keeping me updated on how he was doing, sending lots of pictures and messaging me about how he was getting along with their animals. They really do show that they care and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter!
The dogs came back happy and seemed very relaxed. They are sometimes skiddish of people but hopped right into his car and sniffed him with no fear or barking. This was definitely the most relaxed I have felt leaving my dogs with another person/rover. Not a ton of updates, I think once a day. But I think they were really just vibing and having a nice time. For pickup he seemed to really understand them and enjoy their company. Next time I use rover he will be my first pick :)
