Mike and Joanna came through in a pinch for us when our accommodations changed unexpectedly while traveling. Our dogs stayed with them for two nights and Joanna sent photos and updates every day. It was pretty much a spa vacation for them, with a pool and a ball pit and new dig friends, and couch snuggles at night. We know where our dogs will be staying from day one if we are ever back in Chicago!
Magdalena did a great job watching our dog for the week. She proactively provided updates and pictures and was very responsive. She exhibited great care for our dog asking questions related to behaviors and patterns. Will trust her to watch our pets in the future!
Kyla took great care of Winston while we were on vacation for an extended period of time. This is the second time she has assisted while we were overseas. She has a proven record of taking care of our 17 month old, high energy Schnauzer and providing frequent updates. We will continue to ask for her assistance in the future.
Saying that Kyla is the best would be a complete understatement! I had a family vacation to attend and, at the last minute, was told I couldn’t bring my pet. That’s when I found Kyla. I had never left my dog with anyone before—especially overnight for several days—so I was incredibly nervous. From the moment I dropped my baby off, Kyla made me feel completely at ease. She sent me regular pictures and updates throughout my entire trip, which reassured me that my dog was happy, safe, and receiving the best care. I couldn’t have asked for a better first boarding experience. Yasmine was perfect!!! my dog loved playing with her dog Santi, hanging out at their nearby park and being with Yasmine! she was super on time, professional and friendly! i received lots of photo and video updates while we were gone and definitely would recommend Yasmine to a friend!

Our 4th booking with Jennifer and, as always, she was excellent. She is reliable, great at communicating, and very flexible with scheduling. Barbara is an absolutely wonderful host! I truly cannot thank her enough for the incredible care she provided to Maeve during boarding. She was extremely detail-oriented, followed every instruction thoughtfully, and cared for Maeve as if she were her own. Most importantly, she made Maeve feel comfortable, safe, and loved throughout her stay. Jose and his girlfriend were willing to take in Koda last minute when no one else would, and I am deeply appreciative. They were very vigilant about keeping me updated on how he was doing, sending lots of pictures and messaging me about how he was getting along with their animals. They really do show that they care and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter!
The dogs came back happy and seemed very relaxed. They are sometimes skiddish of people but hopped right into his car and sniffed him with no fear or barking. This was definitely the most relaxed I have felt leaving my dogs with another person/rover. Not a ton of updates, I think once a day. But I think they were really just vibing and having a nice time. For pickup he seemed to really understand them and enjoy their company. Next time I use rover he will be my first pick :)
