About: Being an animal lover, I have taken care of all of my own pets and those of friends and family. From guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, fish, cats, and dogs. I have seen the absolute best with pets and will do anything that a pet parent wants for their pet. While I look for a full-time/part-time job, I am available any day of the week, Monday-Friday, 7 am- 6 pm, and Weekends, any time of the day. I am able to come over you house, to be able to care for your pet when it is required. I am unable to at my house since I am in the process of moving. I am comfortable being in your house to ensure your pet is in a familiar area.

About: I’ve worked with young kids and dogs for years. I babysit and petsit in people’s homes and I have trained my seven year old dog. I also have experience with cats and giving them space while letting them warm up to me. On weekdays I work full-time until 4pm and then I’m all free to play with your pets or feed them. Weekends I’m free all day to properly care for your pets. I have a fenced grass front yard and a 7 year old mini schnauzer if your pet is okay with socializing, but not necessary for house sitting or walking.

About: I have had dogs ever since I was a kid, I had a high energy yellow lab before and now I have 2 pitbull mixes and one of them is deaf. I use to volunteer at PAWS Chicago a few years ago, so I have been trained with reading a dog’s body language, deescalation tactics, and dog safety measures! I currently am focusing on my education which is fully remote via online. So, my schedule is open unless otherwise stated in the calendar. You let me know what your beloved pet schedule is and I will include them into my schedule if I am not already booked. I have had my previous dog rusty since he was a puppy, so I have had first-hand experience with potting training, teaching them how to sit and stay, and have experience with high-energy dogs. I now have 2 pitbulls / mixed breeds. One since a puppy and the other since 2025 when she found us and ran at me from a alleyway. The alleyway dog "Joy" is deaf, so my experience includes dogs with little to no hearing. I will take your dog out on walks and give them all the pets and attention they want. If they want to play fetch outside, I will do that at a local dog park or in the yard, whatever you are most comfortable with.

“Janiyah is by far the best cat sitter I’ve ever booked on Rover, so let me start there. I was so nervous to let someone watch my babies because it was my first time visiting home after moving to Chicago and I didn’t want to leave Chef & Roux behind. Janiyah was super reassuring and wrote detailed rover cards that helped keep me in the loop throughout my trip. At one point my food started to run out for the girls and I had to deliver more to the apartment. She offered to come back to the apartment early so my girls didn’t get too hungry waiting until her next visit. Her compassion and communication skills really stood out to me and I will be rebooking her. Oh wait, I already did! 😆”

About: I’ve taken care of or have had animals since I was a child. Currently I have a cat named Ida who is very sweet & affectionate. I always strive for a 5-star experience, but my top priority will always be the safety of the pets in my care. I chose to refuse a request to take a cat outside without a harness, as the flight risk was far too high. It resulted in a low rating, but I will never compromise an animal's safety. I just graduated with a Master’s of Social Work. Before beginning my career, I’m taking some down time and taking care of animals. This gives me the ability to prioritize your pets needs! My environment is animal friendly. I have a fenced in back yard and live near a park. I have a cat named Ida who is welcoming to new animals inside our home. I allow animals on my bed and furniture.

About: I've taken care of dogs since early childhood, my first dog's name was Macho. I've learned to be responsible, caring and dependable to ensure a loving growth from my pet. I've also been the go - to friend for caring for pets when a coworker decides to go on vacation. Whether your dog needs a quick walk, a little exercise, or some company while you're away, I'm certainly happy to help. I'm currently working part-time, so I have lots of free time over the weekend to offer care for your pet. I'm extremely lenient and if needed can come to a compromise to suit your needs as well! Being the eldest child I have lots of experience in remaining aware of my environments when out in public. I can affirm to you that safety is my utmost priority. Your pet will be treated as my own.

I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, bathing, playtime, and keeping pets on their routines. About: I have been a dog parent for the last 13 years. I have experience with dogs with disabilities (I live with a three-legged baby, Mabel) and leash-reactive furbabies. As a sitter, I have taken care of all kinds of dogs but prefer a nice temperament if a dog comes to my home so he or she can get along with my own dogs. I am knowledgeable of dog training techniques and are observant of dog behaviors. I work from phone so your dog will rarely be alone. They will have consistent use of the yard throughout the day (under my supervision, never alone) and will have playmates in my two female dogs, Iris and Mabel (both very playful, mid-energy, mild temperament, zero dog/toy/foodnaggression, spayed, up-to-date on all vaccines). I work remotely so I am usually home. My two dogs are super friendly and love to play. I am also able to separate dogs if needed with dog gates while still allowing for all dogs to be comfortable! I love dogs so it is very important to me to provide everything they need while their parents are away. I live with two dogs myself and they are my life, and I will treat your dog in the same way. As a dog mom who has used sitters in the past, I understand the importance of respecting my client's home and only spend time on site as needed to take care of your angel. My goal is to be the person I would trust to take care of my own doggies (and my expectations of sitters are *pretty* high). Lastly, I am very detailed in following rules and care instructions, no matter how irrational your friends tell you they are. My care instructions for my own dogs is 4 pages long; I understand. Please note that the only caveat to the above is if any rules are abusive toward your dog (shock collars, prong collars, hitting, pushing, choking, underfeeding, other); I will not accept the booking.

About: Hi! My name is Judy and I have been pet sitting for several years and enjoy spending time with furry friends. I have a very friendly cat who is great with dogs (but I can keep them separate (if requested). I am a caretaker and have flexible hours, so I will be able to care, walk, and cuddle your pet as needed. My home will be a calm and relaxing space for your fur baby! *Home is located near train station. I currently have open availability but please give me two days notice. Happy to visit your pet at your home or host them in mine. Two level home with a small outdoor space (fenced) for sun-bathing and fresh air. I do have a cat that enjoys cat or dog company, so I can keep pets together or separate them based on your pets openness. Harrison park is a short 6 minute walk ideal for daily strolls.

About: Experience with large/XL breeds, bully breeds, working/high energy breeds, reactive and senior pups. Happy to provide your pup with structured and/or lax sniff walkies. Expert in freesbie, fetchies & tug- I have a working breed at home so very familiar with their requirements. Experience with senior pups, familiar with medication distributing, slow/wagon walkies, and all the extra lovings required. I currently work a full time job with plenty of flexibility which includes working from home. I am able to provide walkies/check-ins Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Weekends can be arranged upon requests ahead of time. At my house, walks and play time are typically structured and we always have a paw clean up routine when returning home. When someone is caring for my pet, I love to get photo updates as I’m sure all pet parents would. I have a good amount of experience with reactive/nervous pups and especially on walks so I’m aware of how to handle triggers. Attentive to outside factors- other dogs garbage/food on the floor, etc

I’m attentive and will respond all questions, happily providing updates throughout your booking. I have owned two Great Danes and two miniature doxxies; I love dogs in all sizes! I’m also experienced with taking care of cats and love them as well :) I’m currently working part time from home, choosing my own hours so I have the ability to prioritize your pet’s needs. Pet care is something I’m truly passionate about and I promise to care for your pet as if it were my own. I have a mile long walking trail along my apartment property and a fenced in dog park on property. I can easily crate your dog if necessary and have a crate large enough for a Great Dane. I will happily abide by your instructions as you know your pet best!
