I always schedule meet and greets with pets and their parents to ensure that all pets get along and enjoy a stress free stay in our home. As your trusted sitter, setting your mind at ease is my goal. My schedule allows me to spend more time at home with my boys and our guests. I have safety gates and a large crate to provide safe, separate spaces if needed. I have pet cameras installed to check in on everyone when I'm not at home. There is 6 foot fenced in yard that your pets can freely and safely roam around in. I do not leave pets unattended while we are active in the yard.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: -All pets must be friendly with other dogs and cats; -I am not available to care for puppies; -All pets must be potty trained; -Dogs must be crate trained - no dogs with separation anxiety; -Dogs must be leash trained - no aggressive pulling or lunging; -Dogs must be able to respond to simple commands such as 'Come', 'Stay', 'Sit', 'Leave it/Drop it'; -No dogs that exhibit Resource Guarding/Food Aggression behavior; ** I DO NOT ACCEPT SAME DAY BOOKINGS**
A typical day
Guests receive plenty of stimulation and socialization both indoors and outdoors. I like to take my guests to a variety of parks and preserves to keep them active and avoid restlessness and boredom. I have tons of Kongs and puzzles for cold or rainy days and soothing Licky mats for anxious guests. After a day of adventure, I like to wind down with some quality couch and cuddle time! That's my favorite!

Woof woof! Hi! I'm Maribel. I am a veteran PAWS Chicago foster parent as well as the family pet drop off center; I care for my siblings' fur babies when they go on vacation. I live in a blue collar working class neighborhood on the South West side of Chicago. There is a moderate yard that your pet can freely and safely roam around in. I live less that a mile from the local park and walk there often. It's great for doggy sniffing and exploring. I also like to take my boys and our guests to a variety of dog parks and forest preserves in and around the city. My boys and I enjoy the company of other cute critters. That helps us stay active and outdoors! Please consider booking a stay with us the next time you need sitter. You might enter as strangers but you'll leave as friends!
