About: I’ve have taken care of pets before as I do have a dog myself and I have also looked over and cared for cats cause anytime family is away anytime I look over them. I’m currently in summer break from college and I been spending time with my dog and making sure he goes outside and I also have time to make appointments for him such as vet visits or showers. In my house we have a gate and we always the gate close so my dog doesn’t get out. I also have the a/c running most of the time so my dog could chill as summer is coming around the corner. I always make sure he has food and water.

About: Hi! I am currently a receptionist at an animal hospital located in Bucktown/Wicker Park. I have worked as a dog handler, or what we refer as a pack leader, at a doggy daycare located in the West Loop neighborhood in the past for over two years. I am certified in canine first aid, and I usually spend around 8-9 hours a day with medium to big dogs and also cats. I have gained a lot of experience by spending time with dogs that have different behaviors, from friendly to aggressive, I have not faced any issues with dogs yet. I have also spent time around dogs that require special care, so that would definitely not be an issue with me. Overall, I am always willing to spend time with doggies, even friends call me the dog whisperer :)

About: From a young age, I've had a special bond with dogs. My parents took in neighborhood samoyeds and newfoundlands that had been abandoned by their owners. I grew up with them, trained them, did my best to make sure their home was loving. Since my neighbors knew I was good with large dogs, I frequently dog sat for them. I quickly became an expert in leash technique, engaging play, making sure they were fed right, and just plain being there for them. I don't have any dogs right now (my apartment is way too small) but I know I'll meet that special fluffy guy when I get a bigger place. I'm available nearly all the time, as I'm not currently working and am only doing occasional volunteering in the Bitter Lake/Greenwood/Shoreline area. I have the availability of a tireless assistant! I believe in respecting a dog's boundries while also being very mindful of their needs.
