This was my first time leaving my pup for days at time for vacation. Providing complimentary treats. Very flexible and professional. She took our Milo (dog) with open arms and I felt completely comfortable while being in another country! Milo seemed to love her as well and we will for sure be using her next time. I don’t want to spoil the extra surprises that she does(for no extra $), that will take this booking to the next level. We were hesitant to do an overnight and she let us pick him up later in the night and she sent frequent updates, pictures, and videos! “Cristian did an excellent job with Crème. His communication is the best and you will have updates of your doggies whenever you need it or he sees them doing a cute/funny face. Crème looked extremely happy throughout the whole week that she stayed with him so I would recommend him 100%. He played a lot with her and treated her like I would. For certain, I’m very pleased.”

“Absolutely amazing host! We found Xue the last minute to take care of our labradoodle. Xue truly loves animals and our dog had a great time with her. Xue sent daily updates to us and we can see that our dog really enjoyed her time with Xue as Xue played with her and brought her to the dog park, which our previous hosts on Rover did not do. After we came back, our dog is happy as always. We are glad that Xue brought us back to Rover. Highly recommended!”

I feel that our dog was very well cared for and enjoyed his time with Ruben and the crew. At the end of the stay we unexpectedly needed to have our dog dropped off at a nearby relatives house and Ruben handled it no problem. Would definitely book again!”
