She kept us updated, sent lots of pictures, and ensured us she was having a great time. She took our puppy on many walks and played with her lots! Her husband and her kids also loved the dog and got many pictures of them cuddling with her. I cannot recommend her enough, and went above and beyond! Mercedes is passionate about taking care of dogs and her kids and husband also have a deep love for animals. Kendra got back to me rapidly after I requested to book and immediately set up a meet and greet session in an area convenient for the both of us. She has very good energy and her natural love and care for dogs showed right away in how she greeted Rogue. She was very clear on her instructions for the weekend stay and sent ample updates and pics to make sure we knew that Rogues was being well taken care of during her stay. I would definitely book Kendra again, and felt that she did a wonderful job taking care of our dog especially with such short notice.”
