1. Danielle B.
“Danielle did great house sitting for our two pets. She was able to connect with our new rescue, getting her to eat and not isolate herself. This was very helpful for our new rescue to get out of her shell a bit. Hoping to work with Danielle more in the future.”
2. Nicole R.
“This our first time hiring someone to take care of our dogs, usually we leave them with family. This time the entire family was on a trip so we opted for Rover and feel very blessed to have found Nicole. Nicole is very detail-oriented, communicated perfectly and even sent videos twice a day. We decided to leave the dogs at home instead of sending them to an unknown environment. And she not only walked them. She sat with them and gave them attention. This all became very crucial because it was very hard for me to leave my dogs this time around. One of my dogs had a bit of an eye irritation and she did a great job keeping track of his progress and keeping me updated. We are very grateful for Nicole and will definitely ask for her services again in the future.”
3. Jade T.
“Jade was amazing as our house sitter. Prompt, attentive, and very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to have her back to watch over our cat, and would recommend her to anyone. 😊”
4. Shayna T.
“Excellent pet sitter. Took care of 4 EXTRA needy cats & left the house spotless!! Loved the nightly update with photos - absolutely recommend. Thank you Shayna”
5. Kathryn C.
“Kathryn went above and beyond taking care of ALL our animals. We received pictures and updates daily. Our pets always looked so relaxed and peaceful in all the pictures. We had a stress free vacation knowing all our babies were well taken care of. We highly recommend Kathryn and will definitely use her again in the future.”
6. Elizabeth D.
“Elizabeth was so great! We were able to meet before the house sitting and went over the specifics of my dog. She gave me daily updates and let me know he was doing well which I really appreciated!! I would definitely book again ?”
7. Verania A.
“Vera was so great with our boys! We have two 60lb Australian cattle dog brothers who can sometimes be a handful on walks and she was able to walk them together, no problem. There was a 7 hour time difference while we were away but she stayed on top of communication and made us feel really comfortable with being away! We would absolutely recommend her and would use her again in the future!”
8. Cristian S.
“Cristian is great. He is very caring and responsible. He took care of our two dogs very well. They love him. One of our dogs didn’t eat well and Cristian made sure he ate his meal. We had meet and great and Cristian took his time to pick up keys and go over the care instructions with us. He sent videos everyday and kept us update when he headed out to walk the dogs. We felt very peaceful during our trip knowing that our babies were in great care. Thank you!”
9. Megan S.
“If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Megan stayed at our house for the weekend of our wedding and was amazing! We had so much going on all weekend and we hate leaving our pups behind, but Megan made it feel like we we're right at home with them the entire time. She sent multiple pictures throughout the weekend with daily updates, not to mention when we got home she made the house cleaner than when she arrived. We will definitely use her again when the time comes!”
10. Christine C.
“Christine is an absolute gem! On incredibly short notice, she stepped in to care for our senior Puggle, Rosie, for over eight hours, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Rosie, who can be a bit picky about new people, warmed up to Christine right away—a true testament to her kind and gentle nature. When unexpected delays kept us out past midnight, Christine went above and beyond by staying later than we originally planned without a hint of hesitation. She truly has a heart of gold and took such wonderful care of Rosie. We feel so lucky to have met Christine and can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and compassionate dog sitter. Thank you, Christine!”
11. Gaby V.
“Gaby stayed at our home and watched 3 of our dogs for us while we went out of town for a couple of days. She was wonderful from start to finish, with great communication, updates and making sure our dogs were comfortable with her. We are so grateful for how well she cared for our pups and will definitely be using her again!”
12. Montserrat J.
“Montserrat was GREAT! She agreed to come over a few days before our booking to meet our squad, which we really appreciated. During her stay, she sent us many updates with tons of pictures! This was our first time using Roover and we were nervous but she quickly made us feel very comfortable about leaving. I would highly recommend asking Montse to watch your fur babies! I will definitely rebook with Montse for our next vacation.”
13. Marchauna B.
“Marchauna was amazing! She responded very quickly to a last minute request for a weekend house sitting with overnight stay, and with 3 pets to boot! She was very understanding of our puppy's nightly routine of a 3am wake up call, not to mention having to supervise playtime and literally herd cats from room to room 🤣 Marchauna is also very knowledgeable on puppy training techniques, and she gave us a lot of helpful advice. 10/10 would recommend!”
14. Tamara C.
“Tamara was an excellent pet sitter. She showed up for the meet & greet before our scheduled time. Big plus for us! She was communicative during the time we were away & we hope use her again the future.”
15. Donovan B.
“Genuinely loves animals. Great to work with.”
16. Paige S.
About: Greetings & thank you for stopping by! I’m Paige! I work for Rover because why not get paid to do what I LOVE!!!! I had a Maltese/Shitzu and I loved our 12 years of time together, as well as 2 exotic bunnies for 3 amazing years. I’ve grown from being afraid of animals to loving them so much. Large doggos make me feel protected. Small pups make me feel like a protector. And cats are so interesting and enjoyable. I will care for and protect each pet and treat them with respect and love, forever. I love awarding with treats, rubs, and best of all, hugs 🤗 Long and fun walks are the best. I love dogs so much that I'll take yours into my home to care for! If this isn't love, I'm not sure what is ❤️ I’ve enjoyed my experience with Rover thus far. Thank you for allowing me to care for your Babies! I create my own work schedule so I’m able to be flexible with bookings and give more of my time to the fur babies if needed! I treat animals like they are my own human babies, so they are always safe with me, I enjoy house sittings because the pets are always more comfortable which makes me happy and the sitting a smooth one.
17. Alexandro G.
“He kindly accepted a short notice request that we faced due to a cancellation. We were relieved that we Alex managed to come to our apartment in advance that we could introduce our dogs and explain general things we do for them daily basis. Lastly, he updated photos everyday and delivered comments of the situations for the majority days. In summary, we were pleased to met him because he was so kind and passionate to take care of dogs.”

20. Marcus B.
About: I’ve take care of each of my pups with genuine love and affection. I save many animals including my husky. After coming from an abusive home we had to help rehabilitate her so she would understand that she was no longer being abused and starved. She went from being scared of others to now being one of the most joyful loving dogs. I can do all day any day as long as its 24 hours in advanced so I can see proper weather and make a schedule based on public transportation. Depending on the animal care is different. Most cats are more relaxed and need very little attention, however for those who have abandonment issues i find it easier to allow them to be near you at all times and to play at least once every 1-2 hours (3-4 for more relaxed cats). For dogs that are younger, they need exercise and something to do so they don't develop anxiety and stress from boredom so playing every hour or 2 allows them to get their workout in and have some fun. All dogs including old need to also go one walks, especially bigger since they most likely get frail bones and muscle when getting older. Older dogs are more relaxed so it depends really if they’ll play or just want to lay around and have occasional walks.
