I love what I do and choosing your pet to stay here for any service means a lot to me . I’m home most of the day. I have three teenagers who help out when needed . Your pet will always have either myself or a family member here . There will always be support to ensure your dog is safe .Please contact me for pricing. I have different options depending on how many dogs and days and different payment methods . I’m available for daycare Monday-Friday from 7am-6 pm. As I have a family I do take a well needed break at least once a month to give back time to my family . I also provide boarding during daycare as well. Keep in mind I do not take any reactive dogs just to keep everyone safe.Dogs typically go out between 7am-9 am and nap time and playtime and last time we are out is 8-9 pm . If your pup needs one on one time I do provide that as well with a safe walk around my area . I keep our day structured during daycare and boarding everyday . Every now and then I also provide drop in and sit at your home if my schedule allows it I have a 6ft wooden fenced that will keep your fur children safe . I take dogs on walks only if needed . If they love playing then no walks unless requested .

About: I grew up in a household full of pets and have been lucky to live with people who also own pets, sharing the responsibility. Over the years, I've taken care of many dogs and several cats, rodents (guinea pigs and hamsters), hermit crabs, and fish. I have mostly owned small dogs and have been lucky to see them mature into their senior years, so I am familiar with the unique challenges that can come with age. I do feel comfortable walking and caring for dogs of any size. Right now, my family is fostering two 6-week old puppies who need lots of attention and care, so I am learning a lot about puppies. While I haven't yet charged for my services, I have been trusted by friends, family, and community members since I was 15 to pet-sit and house-sit. I graduated from college a year ago and have been bouncing around a lot, working ground control at music festivals. Between festivals, I need a place to stay, so I am especially looking for house-sitting opportunities to spend my time and have furry friends keeping me company. Other than sits and drop-ins, I'm not working, so I can give your loved ones the time and attention they deserve. I am big into travel, so I've met and lived with animals around the world. I've volunteered at shelters in the Bay Area, SoCal, and Louisiana. I was most recently living on a horse ranch in Georgia (the country) and took care of 2 farm dogs and a kitten. They were very independent and mostly required food, water, and serious cuddles. On the other hand, I've watched pets of various temperaments that had strict diets, medication schedules, and mental and physical health needs. I know every animal is different, and I'm happy to do all I can to care for yours just as you would. If your pet needs to sleep in bed with someone at night or other specific requests, I can do that. I will also be exploring Chicago for the first time, so if your dog has any favorite parks or routes, I would love to know!

About: I have had a dog for about 8 years now and I care for her actively! Love my dog and how cuddly and caring she is! Currently unemployed just looking to make some money while in college and I thought why not care for pets I love animals and love sharing that love! I specialize in high energy dogs mainly but I also love medium energy dogs as well! My aunts dog lucky is an high energy dog who loves being active and playing around!! I always feed my dog both dry food and human food since that was she was raised on. I love seeing her joyful and seeing how well cared she is. When I was younger from ages 12-present I would take my aunts dog Lucky out on walks 3 times daily and also feed him! Love me a detailed instruction feeding! Since then I have also walked 2 different neighbors dogs and also have many other people which I house sit for! Came onto Rover to lend an extra hand to those pup parents who need it! About: I started pet sitting as a teenager for neighbors and family friends. Since then, I have watched all types of dogs, including senior dogs. I became a dog owner for the first time in my mid-twenties. He was an elderly beagle mix with health issues. After he passed, I grieved until I was ready to own a dog again. Then I had ten wonderful years with Shadow, a husky mix who was a stray that made his way to a rescue. He bravely fought lymphoma for 1.5 years before succumbing to the disease. Through that time, I provided medication, took him for chemotherapy, and spoiled him until he decided it was time to cross the rainbow bridge. Shadow's absence still leaves a void in my heart that is filled by caring for other people's dogs. I love all types of dogs, and have experience with small to large, young and old, as well as dogs living with various health issues. Giving dog owners the security and piece of mind knowing their furry family members are safe and sound while they are away is a responsibility that I take very seriously. My husband and I live in a dog-friendly neighborhood and our backyard is fully fenced. As a dog lover himself, anyone who books with me gets their pup double the love. My full time job is permanently remote, so I am able to be at home with your dog at all times. No matter their schedule, I can meet it because I can be here to fulfill their needs. I have a fenced in yard for safety, and a dog-friendly neighborhood where your dog will feel right at home. I know every dog has different needs, so I can follow the habits you have created with them to maintain consistency. Whether that is crate training or sleeping on the couch, I will follow your instructions. I know that dogs are family, and treat them as such.
