“Brianna was great! She took wonderful care of my dog and my home. I’d highly recommend her and would happily use her again. She checked in often and sent lots of photos. Overall a great experience.”

“Nicole was superb: friendly, prompt, communicative, and most of all, really great with our two puppies. They got more walks with her than they have in a very long time! She sent videos, photos, and updates each day, which we really appreciated. Will absolutely book her again.”

“Patricia was an incredible sitter for my two cats, Kimchi and Bumi! Her communication was clear, prompt, and consistent throughout the stay, I always felt in the loop. She was flexible with a few last-minute changes, which I really appreciated. But what truly stood out was how thoughtful she was: with a major back injury, I couldn’t manage the litter or trash, and she kindly took care of both without hesitation. Her support made it possible for me to actually enjoy my trip without worry. Highly recommend Patricia, your pets (and you) will be in great hands!”

“They did an amazing job with my boys, and my boys loved them so much. They were super responsive and kept me updated throughout. I will definitely book them again in the future.”

“Elizabeth took amazing care of our dog and our home while we were away for a wedding this weekend. She is a great communicator, updated us every day on how our dog was doing, and our dog was in great spirits when we returned! We will definitely ask her to watch our dog again in the future and would highly recommend to a friend.”

“We couldn’t have been happier with Jasmine. She stayed at our home for a full week while we were out of the country, and she took amazing care of our three senior pups. We got brief daily updates, and came home to happy, relaxed dogs and a spotless house. Truly grateful for the peace of mind - highly recommend.”

“Andrea took great care of my special needs cat (he requires medicine twice a day and is a scaredy cat which makes it very challenging)! Andrea took her time gaining his trust and I could see from pictures that he really warmed up to her, which was such a relief!”

“Amazing!!! Annie is great with out shy dog and went out above to build trust with our dog. Annie was very good about communicating with us. We will definitely be using Annie as a pet sitter again!”

“Jordan was absolutely amazing - great energy, reliable, and lovely to work with overall. She stayed at our house and took care of our sweet (and stubborn) girl River while we were on vacation. We received daily updates and we felt super comfortable and reassured that River was in great hands. I could not recommend her enough and definitely plan to hire Jordan again!”

“Jade was great while we were gone for a long weekend! She took wonderful care of our dogs, and it was clear how happy and relaxed the pups were when we returned home. We especially appreciated the regular updates and photos—she gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Highly recommend Jade!”

“Brianna was such an amazing sitter! She took great care of my two cats while I was out of town for a week, and sent multiple daily photo updates, making it clear she is a true animal lover. I highly recommend using her services, thank you so much Brianna!”

“Mairead is an amazing sitter. She took such great care of my dog who had just gotten diagnosed with cancer. Another sitter cancelled on me with 18 hours’ notice. I reached out to Mairead and she swooped in like Superman. I couldn’t be more grateful. She was diligent and communicative. Look no further than Mairead for all your sitting needs.”

“Vy did a great job taking care of Kai. She asked plenty of question to confirm she understood Kai’s need and routine. I received daily updates and came home to a happy pup. I will definitely rebook with Vy!”

“Allison was excellent with our senior border collie! She went above and beyond to give Lucky great care and keep our minds at ease. When our flights were delayed a whole day, she even made accommodations to stay the extra night so that we didn’t have to scramble to find someone else. When we came home, Lucky was the calmest we’ve ever seen her after a trip!”

About: From the day I was born, I have had a passion for animal care that has connected to me a variety of creatures, big and small. I’ve had pets at every age of my life and every pet has changed me for the better and kept a special place in my heart. From dogs to cats to amphibians to reptiles to fish to rodents, I’ve cared for all types of critters and they are all just as important to me as the next one. I currently have a pitbull mix, a cat, and a leopard gecko so I am no stranger to caring for multiple animals at once. I have also spent a summer working in a veterinary office as a vet assistant so I am more than comfortable with caring for animals with special needs and cleaning up after them, if need be. I promise to look after your family as if they were my family. I am currently a full time grad student so I am available sometimes during the day but will most always be available in the evenings and weekends. Please feel free to reach out to discuss times. I care for every animal that I’ve ever met with the same amount of love and respect. All creatures are equal in my eyes so I always try to imagine life from their perspective. I treat and care for them how I would want to be treated and cared for. Since I have a dog of my own, I unfortunately can not offer stays at my home but I am more than willing to care for and/or walk your pets in your home and neighborhood. I look forward to meeting you and your family.
“Lizbeth is a life saver! She was able to help me take care of my 10 year old German Shepard at a last minute notice and she took such good care of him. She kept in constant communication and send pictures with updates and how my dog was doing. She went out of her way to take very good care of him and I came back home to a happy doggo. She’s highly recommended and I will definitely be using her services in the future.”

“Vladimir was wonderful! I felt our animals (two dogs and a cat) were so well taken care of. We got many pictures throughout the weekend that showed happy animals being fed, played with, and resting!! And the pictures were truly of professional quality! I could never have captured my beloved pets the way he and his daughter Anna (who helped over the weekend) did.”

“Jacky was wonderful! So quick and easy to communicate and set up a meet and greet with. We needed dog sitting for a weekend. Our dogs are reactive to people and after explaining this to Jacky, she was up for seeing if it will work. My dogs took to her very quickly!! We got updates and pictures, including how well they were acclimating to her! We can’t thank her enough and will definitely be booking her services again!”

“lindsey was the first non-family member/ friend to watch our dogs and we are so glad she was! lindsey is communicative, attentive and trustworthy. she stayed in our home with our dogs and left our apartment spotless and our dogs happy! would absolutely recommend her to all, and we will definitely be booking lindsey for future dog care!”

New City pet parents share their Rover experiences
Allison was incredibly patient, calm, and thoughtful with my very fearful dog. She handled slow trust-building, medication, and accidents with total professionalism and genuine kindness, always respecting my dog’s boundaries. Her consistent updates gave me so much peace of mind. I’m so happy she was available to book for my last trip and she will absolutely be my first choice in the future.

Ahriel housesat for us for 15 days over the holiday to care for our Boston Terrier, Millie. Ahriel was very professional, responsible, and reliable. Ahri was thoughtful in her questions during the meet and greet and Millie liked her immediately, which isn’t always the case. While we were away, she communicated regularly with us in line with our agreed frequency, sending photos and making note of anything concerning. She stayed at our home while we were away and left it clean and exactly as it was when we left (maybe better?). Millie is happy and healthy! I would highly recommend Ahri and will always check her availability for future sits!

Rachael was fantastic with my dog Cholula! Even though it was only for about a day, Cholula was clearly cared for with much consideration while I was gone. I got plenty of updates and all directions were clearly followed. Communication was great throughout as well and I’d be happy to book with Rachael again any time!

Ana was amazing with our two small dogs! She was super communicative and punctual, and we always felt confident that our pups were in great hands. She gave regular updates and made sure they were happy and comfortable the whole time. We’d definitely book with her again!
Vanessa is amazing. I just adopted a rescue two days prior and had separation anxiety, as did I. She also had a seizure condition si so it was so comforting to have someone who knew what was had to be done in case of an emergency. Vanessa put Olivia at ease. She sent me pictures throughout the night. Olivia even followed her to the door when sheleft. She asked such good questions at the start of the night about the emergency syringe and ER if needed. Feel so grateful for her. Highly recommend!
