About: From the day I was born, I have had a passion for animal care that has connected to me a variety of creatures, big and small. I’ve had pets at every age of my life and every pet has changed me for the better and kept a special place in my heart. From dogs to cats to amphibians to reptiles to fish to rodents, I’ve cared for all types of critters and they are all just as important to me as the next one. I currently have a pitbull mix, a cat, and a leopard gecko so I am no stranger to caring for multiple animals at once. I have also spent a summer working in a veterinary office as a vet assistant so I am more than comfortable with caring for animals with special needs and cleaning up after them, if need be. I promise to look after your family as if they were my family. I am currently a full time grad student so I am available sometimes during the day but will most always be available in the evenings and weekends. Please feel free to reach out to discuss times. I care for every animal that I’ve ever met with the same amount of love and respect. All creatures are equal in my eyes so I always try to imagine life from their perspective. I treat and care for them how I would want to be treated and cared for. Since I have a dog of my own, I unfortunately can not offer stays at my home but I am more than willing to care for and/or walk your pets in your home and neighborhood. “Lizbeth is a life saver! She was able to help me take care of my 10 year old German Shepard at a last minute notice and she took such good care of him. She kept in constant communication and send pictures with updates and how my dog was doing. She went out of her way to take very good care of him and I came back home to a happy doggo.
