About: I have been a dog lover for many years and had the privilege of taking care of a chihuahua and a pug throughout their lives. Being a pet owner taught me the importance of patience and paying attention to each dogs needs and personality. I understand that pets are family, and i know how important it is to find someone you can trust. Whether we’re going for a walk, playing, or just relaxing together, I’ll provide attentive and loving care every step of the way. I’m currently working part-time, which gives me flexibility to provide care to your pup after work during the weekends. I’m completely available on wednesdays and weekends. Your pets safely and comfort are my top priorities. I have a calm, secure environment with a fenced yard for supervised outdoor time. I currently do not have any animals so your animals can enjoy an stress-free environment. As for in-home visits, I follow all instructions closely to maintain their routine and ensure they feel secure and cared for in their home.

“We have been consistently using Beverly since our pup was 3 months old. Beverly does weekly walks for us as well as daycare and overnight stays. Charley loves her Beverly and she has quickly become part of our family.”
About: I grew up with cats and Golden Retrievers and now have 4 Boston Terriers and 2 new kittens, who are my whole world! I am also an approved dog-walker / caregiver for Chicago Animal Care and Control, trained in their strict techniques, so I am comfortable caring for, walking, and exhausting small to large dogs. Currently working part time, so have lots of time to dedicate to your pups! I am mostly available for walks during weekdays: Mon - Fri, 9a - 5p Happy to care for your pup where they are most comfortable, in your home! Even if you have a fully fenced yard, you can trust that I'll never leave them unsupervised and unleashed, outside. If you do not have a fenced yard, we will have lots of fun getting our steps in, around the neighborhood! Comfortable getting your pup in and out of crates/kennels if needed, and getting them harnessed up for walks. Will *always* pick up any and all poop your pup leaves, whether in your yard or on our walks.

About: I have 10 years of experience caring for dogs and other pets of different ages, sizes, and personalities. I’m patient, attentive, dependable, and treat every pet as if they were my own. While I’m not a professional trainer, I’m comfortable with walks, feeding, playtime, basic routines, and providing plenty of love and attention. I’m also continuing my education in animal health, behavior, biology, and marine biology, so caring for and understanding animals is something I’m truly passionate about. About: I am a dog mom of 2. I have been caring for my oldest dog for about 9 years now. I trained my two dogs on my own. I am currently working from home, so my work schedule is extremely flexible. I am available in the afternoon and evenings to go on dog walks. There are a lot of nearby parks in my area. I like to be in nature so I do on long walks daily, and would love to have a furry companion with me.

About: I've cared for dogs for most of my life and have owned more than three dogs over the years. Taking care of them has given me a lot of experience with their daily needs and routines. I have experience caring for elderly dogs and understand that they need extra patience and attention. I'm comfortable following their daily routine, giving medications when needed, preparing meals, taking them on slow and gentle walks. I also pay close attention to changes in their behavior or appetite. I have cared for my neighbors' dogs when they've been out of town. During those times, I've visited their home three times a day to feed the dogs, refill their water bowls, let them outside for bathroom breaks, take them for walks when needed, and spend quality time with them so they wouldn't feel lonely. I also made sure the home was secure, cleaned up after the dogs, and followed any special instructions the owners left for me. I understand that every dog is different, so I take the time to learn each dog's personality, energy level, and routine. Whether a dog enjoys playing, going on walks or simply relaxing and getting lots of attention, I'm happy to provide the care they need. I currently work from home in an administrative part time position which gives me the flexibility to care for your furry friend. Because I have a flexible schedule, I can easily accommodate walks, feeding times, potty breaks, playtime, medication schedules, and plenty of companionship. I believe that many pets are at their happiest when they can stay in their own home or environment and follow their normal routine. My goal is to keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible. I'll follow your instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medications, and any special care your pet needs. In addition to caring for your pet, I'll treat your home with the same respect I would my own. I'll keep food and water bowls clean, pick up after your pet, if needed, and make sure your home is tidy and secure before I leave. I'll also send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for until you return.

About: I have taken care of family pets my whole life, no pets are allowed in my household so I have taken every opportunity to interact with and care for animals outside of my home. I make sure to keep up with their needs while also providing them an enjoyable environment! I work from home so I am able to relocate wherever there is WiFi connection, the work isn’t too demanding so I am able to care for pets immediately. I work 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and have 24/7 availability! I have an hour lunch break and am also available anytime after work and on weekends! I cannot have animals in my home so being in a clients home is best for me. I adhere to all instruction given by owners and follow the schedules set for the animal. I am open to entertaining and watching after the animal at all hours!

About: I believe the best pet care starts with listening. With a 5-year-old German Shepherd (Niko) and a 7-year-old cat at home, I’ve spent years mastering the "silent language" of animals. Whether your pet is high-energy or shy, I prioritize reading their body language to ensure they feel safe, respected, and calm. Why Choose Me? • Large Breed Expert: Raising a GSD from a puppy means I’m confident and steady with big dogs. • Cat Savvy: Raised my cat from a kitten; I understand feline boundaries and "slow-burn" trust. • Bilingual Training: My pets are bilingual. I am happy to maintain your pet’s specific language or hand-signal commands to keep their training consistent. • Family Trusted: I’ve been my sister’s go-to caregiver for years because pets naturally gravitate toward my calm, gentle energy. My Promise: No force, no stress—just attentive, professional care tailored to your pet's unique personality. I work full-time from home, which allows me to be physically present and attentive throughout the day for pet owners who need overnight or house sitting needs. My remote setup offers the flexibility to take frequent breaks for potty runs, playtime, or mid-day walks to keep your pet’s routine on track. I am flexible to accommodate special weekday requests. Since I have my own fur baby at home (Niko), I am happy to coordinate a schedule that balances his needs but also giving your pet 100% of my focus. My goal is to provide a seamless, low-stress experience that makes your pet feel like you never left. I will build safety and trust in your home by strictly following your established routines and utilizing my deep understanding of animal body language. I believe in giving pets the space they need to approach me on their own terms, ensuring every interaction is rooted in consent and calm energy.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 13, mainly my own, but I’ve also taken care of friend’s and family friend’s dogs in these past 3 years, so I understand the anxiety or fear of leaving a part of your family in the care of someone that isn’t you and won’t treat your pet like you will. That’s why I always adjust and accommodate my services to every pet’s needs. When it comes to basic care of pets, I always take puppies and dogs on walks at whichever time of day that they need to go out, always making sure to bring snacks and water so they always stay hydrated and healthy. I make sure they have enough playtime inside and outside so they don’t get bored and are entertained. I understand that not every dog wants to play or can’t move too much, so I of course adjust these activities to accommodate every pet’s individual needs so they’re always comfortable and happy. I also have experience with senior care, specifically giving dogs the medicines they need at the intended hours of the day or night. It goes without saying that my main priority are the pets in my care so I also make sure to always check up on every pet at different hours and times, rarely leaving them out of my sight (while also keeping my distance if they’re resting) to ensure they’re always okay. I work part-time remotely since I finished university in March of 2024. So I have no issues with times and days that will work best for you and your pets! I care for pets in client’s homes by making sure they’re never missing anything, from food, water, toys, time to go to the bathroom, medicines if they take them, etc… I make sure pets understand I’m simply there as an aid for them and someone they can play with if they choose to! I’m simply there to ensure every pet is taken care of while also having time to play and give them their space, after all, it’s their home and they need to feel the most comfortable and safe in their own space.
About: My purr-found love for cats has only grown over the years. Despite coming from a dog-preferred family—cats are my vibe! Thankfully, fate brought my quirky calico feline, Pia; a cat who magically gets along & plays with other cats & dogs. For nearly 3 years, I’ve worked as a purr-fessional cat sitter—accepting kittens, adult & senior cats ONLY after having a phone conversation with the owner. Essentially you need to pick the right caregiver for your animals, and I understand that I may or not be that for you. I reserve the right to deny service at my discretion, but I am very flexible with time and schedules. Tell me more about your cat(s)'s eating, sleeping, and playing habits to ensure I follow their natural schedule, as much as paw-sible! I aim to minimize any claw-ful feelings in my kitty clients. Thank you for reading & I look forward to hearing from you soon! :) Bachelors of Science 🧬 Certification: Basic Life Support 🩹 ⛑ Reiki Level 2 Practitioner: 🧘🏾 I am able to schedule visits around my claw-ients needs. Upon arrival, I get to business and perform the kitty chores first so that the end of the visit is filled with paw-some fun! At this time I am only cat sitting at my claw-ients house to ensure minimal disruption to the kitties. I give my fur-iends time to warm up to me & approach them on their terms.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - West Lawn
Tara is a great caretaker and is amazing with our dog. Tara has helped us in emergency situations when our regular dog walker is unavailable, and, fortunately, she’s always found time for us in her schedule. Our dog loves her and our family is very appreciative of Tara’s time and expertise.

Kaitlyn is very careful, caring and responsible! Had great communication and went out of their way to make sure i knew everything that was going on with my pet! The job was taken on last minute and I appreciate that she had questions and made sure i felt comfortable with everything too. Highly recommend Kaitlyn!
