About: I grew up with cats and Golden Retrievers and now have 4 Boston Terriers and 2 new kittens, who are my whole world! I am also an approved dog-walker / caregiver for Chicago Animal Care and Control, trained in their strict techniques, so I am comfortable caring for, walking, and exhausting small to large dogs. If you do not have a fenced yard, we will have lots of fun getting our steps in, around the neighborhood! Comfortable getting your pup in and out of crates/kennels if needed, and getting them harnessed up for walks. Will *always* pick up any and all poop your pup leaves, whether in your yard or on our walks.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 13, mainly my own, but I’ve also taken care of friend’s and family friend’s dogs in these past 3 years, so I understand the anxiety or fear of leaving a part of your family in the care of someone that isn’t you and won’t treat your pet like you will. When it comes to basic care of pets, I always take puppies and dogs on walks at whichever time of day that they need to go out, always making sure to bring snacks and water so they always stay hydrated and healthy. I make sure they have enough playtime inside and outside so they don’t get bored and are entertained. I understand that not every dog wants to play or can’t move too much, so I of course adjust these activities to accommodate every pet’s individual needs so they’re always comfortable and happy. I also have experience with senior care, specifically giving dogs the medicines they need at the intended hours of the day or night. It goes without saying that my main priority are the pets in my care so I also make sure to always check up on every pet at different hours and times, rarely leaving them out of my sight (while also keeping my distance if they’re resting) to ensure they’re always okay. I work part-time remotely since I finished university in March of 2024. So I have no issues with times and days that will work best for you and your pets! I care for pets in client’s homes by making sure they’re never missing anything, from food, water, toys, time to go to the bathroom, medicines if they take them, etc… I make sure pets understand I’m simply there as an aid for them and someone they can play with if they choose to! I’m simply there to ensure every pet is taken care of while also having time to play and give them their space, after all, it’s their home and they need to feel the most comfortable and safe in their own space.
