Safety, trust & environment
I have a big fenced backyard and plenty of space inside for house-trained pets to relax, whether that’s on the couch, a comfy chair, or the floor. I share my home with one dog, a terrier mix named Minnie. She’s playful and friendly, but if your dog prefers to keep to themselves, I can easily keep them separated. Older dogs sometimes find her a bit too energetic, while younger pups usually have a great time playing with her.

Information Sean L. would like to know about your pet
Let me know how your dog is with other animals, as I have a dog. I would need to know if any medicine or special instructions for feeding.
A typical day
A typical day could depend on what your dogs needs or preferences are. I’m willing to take on a busy day with a high energy dog with walks, fetch, and tug of war. I also have several treat puzzles handy to keep the dogs stimulated and rewarded. If you have a dog who doesn’t have the urge to burn off so much energy I’m happy to sit around with them with plenty of pets and attention.

Pet care experience
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve just really cherished being around animals, even the ones who aren’t super cuddly. I have a lot of patience and respect for each pet’s personality and comfort level, and I do my best to make them feel safe, happy, and cared for while their people are away.
Cat care experience

Sean also cares for cats. Learn about their cat-specific care experience.
Reviews

Sean is great. You can tell right away he’s a dog person and cares deeply about the animals in his charge. Will absolutely be booking again.
Sean was my roommate for a couple years and my dog Leonard lived with us. (100 pound Doberman) Leonard accepted Sean into the pack immediately and over time they became very close. Sean became quickly accustomed to all of Leonard’s habits and routines, such as when I’d Leave for work, Leonard would transition over to Sean’s room while he’s sleeping and give him the daily whine. Every day ,without thought Sean, would lift the covers so Leonard could climb into bed with him for another hour. Over the years whenever I would go out of town, Sean was the only person I’d trust with Leonard. Anytime I’d be away, he’d reach out to me to let me know when he goes to the bathroom or ask if it’s okay if he didn’t touch his food. Sean was always extremely in tune with Leonard’s biological needs. There was never a question whether Leonard was in good hands. I’ve since moved away, but my parents still hire him every time they need dog sitters and will echo all the same things. Sean ALWAYS makes sure the dogs get all the love , exercise and attention they need while their parents are away. 10/10
Sean Lally has been our go-to person to care for our dogs for over 5 years whenever we leave town. He is trustworthy, reliable and loves dogs, and our dogs love him. He stays at our house in our absence and we always come home to happy dogs and a clean house. Highly recommend Sean-you can’t do better!
Sean has watched our dogs for years. He cared for our sweet German Shepherd/Bordie Collie from the time he was a puppy until he passed, and now he's caring for our Husky. We always return home to happy, healthy pups. Sean is dependable, kind, and our dogs have always loved to be around him. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a sitter they can trust.
