“Nathan was phenomenal! This was my first time using Rover and he went above and beyond to make me and my pup feel as comfortable and cared for as possible! Constant communication, pictures, and updates! Even when I wasn’t responding. Getting to see my pup enjoying Nathan was awesome and I truly appreciate the level of care and compassion he put into the entire weekend. Not only did he do a great job with beaux, he also went out of his way to help me get beaux to him, as well as dealing with my poor planning on the original booking and sticking him with Beaux for an extra couple of hours on the back end when he truly did not have to do either of those things! At any point Nathan could have called my emergency contact and been done with the whole thing but he stuck it out with me and beaux and truly made this an awesome experience! 5 stars isn’t enough! She is extremely reliable, and takes her job very seriously, and does it with a very warm disposition. Our dog Lanie is older, and we wanted someone who would understand her needs. Barbara really delivered. She's like a dog whisperer. We received updates and pictures everyday, and Lanie was happy, well rested and given EXCELLENT care while staying with Barbara and Chewy. Her dog Chewy has a great personality too, and was a lovely companion for our dog to hang out with. She covered every aspect of Lanie's care with us beforehand in detail, and I have never been more at ease with leaving Lanie with her. We've had a lot of boarding experiences over the years, and Barbara is hands down, simply the BEST! Lily was terrific! Very communicative and thorough and took great care of our senior pup. She made me feel really comfortable during the initial meet n greet and continued to update us throughout the stay. We had some issues of our dog having anxiety accidents and Lily was very understanding and empathetic about the situation and communicating with us. We really appreciate her!!
Nadia was the perfect sitter for our puppy Luka. She was loving and caring and kept me updated on everything they did throughout the day and was extremely responsive and responsible!
