From the video call, to dropping him off, Niamh was very communicative and provided updates throughout the day. Highly recommend her if you are in the Chicago area or traveling with your pet and need someone reliable to watch them!”

About: I’ve had dogs for over 25 years - from puppyhood through their senior days. My last dog passed away late last year, and now we’re looking forward to taking care of other people’s dogs! My wife and are retired and on the days we accept reservations will have plenty of time to take your dog on long walks and play! We have a single-floor apartment in the South Loop, We can accommodate a crate if your dog uses one. We will always follow your guidance on how much or little your dog prefers to interact with other dogs and people.

She is extremely reliable, and takes her job very seriously, and does it with a very warm disposition. Our dog Lanie is older, and we wanted someone who would understand her needs. Barbara really delivered. She's like a dog whisperer. We received updates and pictures everyday, and Lanie was happy, well rested and given EXCELLENT care while staying with Barbara and Chewy. Her dog Chewy has a great personality too, and was a lovely companion for our dog to hang out with. She covered every aspect of Lanie's care with us beforehand in detail, and I have never been more at ease with leaving Lanie with her. We've had a lot of boarding experiences over the years, and Barbara is hands down, simply the BEST! We have already booked with her for another upcoming stay, and I am so happy to have found someone who is so dedicated and genuine. If I could give her 10 stars instead of 5, I would!”
