She made the booking process easy, providing a checklist, drop off instructions, and videos of her home. Throughout the stay she communicated often, sent a daily summary, and custom, cute pics and videos of my dog. You can tell she loves dogs so much and has a lot of passion for what she does. My dog gets separation anxiety sometimes, and he was perfectly happy and content during his stay. I felt very comfortable and worry free knowing he was safe and happy! I would 10/10 rebook with her and appreciate her kindness and care!”
