Need work from home companions!
I have grown up with animals ever since I was a child. I grew up in a family with chickens, rabbits, dogs and cats as pets. I also have an animal care training background as part of my training for my graduate science degree. I receive requests for taking care of both dogs and cats of all different ages and needs. Please message me if you are looking for something specific. Depending on my projects at work, I either work from home or partly take meetings for a few hours outside of the house. If your pet were to come over, I will make time to stay home and take care of them, please message me ahead of time so we can coordinate. My apartment is very safe, in a high rise. I have been petsitting for years now and nothing bad has ever happened to any of them. Prices on my profile are general rates without consideration of dog size. If you would like to discuss custom rates based on the care of your dog or for longer stays or holidays, please message me directly so I can help accommodate ahead of time!

Programa
I work remotely at home so it would be great to have a furry companion. I live in a pet friendly building next to a dog park so I’m happy to either stay at home or go play at the park. Please try to ask me for availability at least one to two weeks before the actual date.

Feel free to ask for special accommodations if necessary, ie medications, special diets, etc. I typically follow care instructions written out for each pet and adjust to their schedule so I am flexible as long as they are comfortable with me. Please note that I am currently in a high rise building and would require dogs to do well in the unit (ie no pooping indoors, loud barking, etc). If your dog has separation anxiety, please let me know. If your dog cannot do well on their own if I leave for a few hours, let me know as well. Any noise disturbance in my building will be subject to a fine from HOA, so unfortunately if your dog is a continuous barker if I am away from my unit then I wouldn’t be able to accommodate at this time.

I mostly adapt to the pet’s schedule and behavior. Cats are generally low maintenance so I let them do their thing. For dogs, I would usually take them out 3-4 times a day and maybe go on a long walk if they need the exercise. This totally depends on each pet though so just let me know ahead of time what to expect.

- Please let me know ahead of time which vet they usually go to in case of emergencies. Otherwise let me know what their general routine is and if they have any special diets or medical considerations. If you are looking for a long term boarding or long term daycare, I’m happy to negotiate a flexible rate that works for you aside from the prices listed.
