Bola and her staff always take great care of our four year old doodle who can be a little anxious in unfamiliar surrounds. Whenever we pick Murray up from his stay, he is healthy and happy.
The caregivers I interacted with were all very kind and caring, and communication about how the dogs were doing was very helpful. Be aware that this boarding is at a facility with a lot of other caged dogs, this is not a home. This was not clear to me from the description in the Rover app, and while everything worked out just fine the environment was not what I was expecting for my elderly pets.
Bola was amazing ! She took such great care of my puppy, she was very trustworthy and welcoming to my 2 month old. She would send me pictures on how he’s doing every day which made me feel relaxed while I was out.
Bola's team was great and super flexible! The only thing I'd note is that you wont get regular updates. But my husky came back happy and tired. Would recommend!
