I am so glad we found Marisa to watch our 19 year old kitty while we were away for a few days. My cat had never been watched by anyone outside the family, and with his age and medical needs I was nervous about leaving him alone. Upon arriving Marisa sent me a video of him crawling into her lap to cuddle, and I immediately felt so much better! Marisa took excellent care of my boy, made sure he got his medication on time, made sure he was well fed, and provided him with great company. I also really appreciate all the updates Marisa gave us throughout her stay, and that she checked in with us about his separation anxiety. Ahriel was communicative, kind, and took great care of my 3 animals on short notice - including a large senior dog and a toothless cat! She asked thorough questions when interviewing her which was reassuring. Since the stay was short notice, she was unable to meet the animals before hand or get a lay of the land (confusing apartment building), but did an incredible job with everything no less. Would recommend her and will hopefully get to use her in the future!
This was my first time booking with Mairead so I was a little nervous, but she quickly put my mind at ease. She took the time to do a meet & greet and made an effort to learn my pup’s routine beforehand. She consistently kept me updated while I was away. I never had to wonder how my pup was doing because she was very proactive with communication. She also went above and beyond with his meals, knowing he doesn’t usually like to eat when I’m away and made great effort to ensure he was comfortable and eating. Sofiia truly saved the day for us! We had a pet sitter back out at the very last minute right before an international trip, and she stepped up immediately. She came over for a quick meet-and-greet the same day, and we instantly felt at ease leaving our two dogs, Dre and Rito, with her. Our pups are Covid dogs with some anxiety and reactivity issues, but she handled their routine perfectly, followed all of our apartment instructions seamlessly, and gave them the exact TLC and company they needed. Communication was fantastic, and it gave us total peace of mind while we were away. We cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be booking her again!
