If I’m caring for pets in my own home, I make sure they have a clean, cozy space to relax and feel at home. I provide regular walks, playtime, and cuddle sessions. I also pay close attention to how they’re adjusting to a new environment and take extra care to make them feel calm, loved, and secure. She asked questions about feeding, whether Stormie likes to sleep in the bed, daily routine, and took notes when I explained some food changes due to Stormie's sensitive stomach. It is VERY clear she does truly love and care for animals. We had Mia watch Stormie for the weekend and came back to the apartment being clean, litterboxes were empty and freshly cleaned, etc. Mia sent regular updates as well with photos and videos of Stormie so I knew that everything was going smoothly. She also sent messages regularly about how they were playing with toys, how Stormie was doing, etc. I 100% will book with Mia again as I truly never felt more comfortable with someone watching my baby before now.”

I am so glad we found Marisa to watch our 19 year old kitty while we were away for a few days. My cat had never been watched by anyone outside the family, and with his age and medical needs I was nervous about leaving him alone. Upon arriving Marisa sent me a video of him crawling into her lap to cuddle, and I immediately felt so much better! Marisa took excellent care of my boy, made sure he got his medication on time, made sure he was well fed, and provided him with great company. I also really appreciate all the updates Marisa gave us throughout her stay, and that she checked in with us about his separation anxiety. Grace took exceptional care of our dog, Coco! She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about the pets she works with. Coco was comfortable and happy with her, which gave us so much peace of mind. Ahriel was communicative, kind, and took great care of my 3 animals on short notice - including a large senior dog and a toothless cat! She asked thorough questions when interviewing her which was reassuring. Since the stay was short notice, she was unable to meet the animals before hand or get a lay of the land (confusing apartment building), but did an incredible job with everything no less. Would recommend her and will hopefully get to use her in the future!
This was my first time booking with Mairead so I was a little nervous, but she quickly put my mind at ease. She took the time to do a meet & greet and made an effort to learn my pup’s routine beforehand. She consistently kept me updated while I was away. I never had to wonder how my pup was doing because she was very proactive with communication. She also went above and beyond with his meals, knowing he doesn’t usually like to eat when I’m away and made great effort to ensure he was comfortable and eating. I also came home to my place exactly as I left it. I highly recommend Mairead to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.
Mia took good care of Doby while I was away. She kept me updated with photos and she left my house clean and tidy. Knowing Doby was in such good hands made my vacation so much more relaxing. Niayla was wonderful. It was my first time leaving my cat, Camille, at home by herself for two weeks and Niayla clearly gave her so much love, attention, and cuddles while I was gone. It really put my mind at ease to have someone in my home who so obviously truly cared for Camille. I could tell in all the photos and from the updates that they really enjoyed each other’s company and could not be more grateful to have found Niayla on this app!
Emily was an excellent dog sitter and I would hire her again. She was communicative and sent updates throughout the day which gave me great peace of mind. I never had to reach out and ask how my dog was doing because she proactively kept me informed. She was also accommodating with my dog’s feeding routine and mindful of his reactivity to bikes/scooters which I really appreciate. When I returned home everything was exactly as I had left it.
