“Jayden watched my 2 big dogs and cat for a week at my house. They provided frequent updates and administered meds and made sure my picky animals were all well fed. We returned home to a cleaner house than we left it. They were wonderful and I’m so grateful for their care!”
“Brianna was great! She sent lots of pictures while we were away which was great and definitely eased my anxieties. She was friendly and very communicative. I will definitely be booking with her again next time we are in need of a pet sitter 😄”

“Jordan was awesome!! She did a two-week stay in my home with Champ as he was just a few weeks out of surgery and Jordan was meticulous in his care. She followed the routine I set to a T, sent multiple picture updates every day, gave Champ really great walks, played with him, and gave him all the care and attention he could want. I could tell both from the pictures and his demeanor when I got home that he was happy and comfortable during the two weeks with Jordan. Champ and I will definitely be repeat clients!”

“Andrea took great care of my senior girl Lana, who has several special needs. Andrea provided frequent updates and was very flexible and accommodating. She was communicative while I was away. I already have future bookings planned with Andrea and am so glad she is able to care for my baby.”

“This our first time hiring someone to take care of our dogs, usually we leave them with family. This time the entire family was on a trip so we opted for Rover and feel very blessed to have found Nicole. Nicole is very detail-oriented, communicated perfectly and even sent videos twice a day. We decided to leave the dogs at home instead of sending them to an unknown environment. And she not only walked them. She sat with them and gave them attention. This all became very crucial because it was very hard for me to leave my dogs this time around. One of my dogs had a bit of an eye irritation and she did a great job keeping track of his progress and keeping me updated. We are very grateful for Nicole and will definitely ask for her services again in the future.”

“We’ve got one special needs dog and two elderly cats that need very specific diets and medications. We’ve also got one more dog and cat! Brianna came in at the last minute for us to take care of everyone and after getting home it’s clear how much love everyone got from her thank you so much for taking such great care of everyone and sitting for us.”

“My Dog Dottie loved Ava! Dottie has tons of energy and Ava spoiled her with long walks and lots of dog park trips. I felt so relieved that my pup was in great hands. Ava sent lots of pictures and updates and left the house nicer than she found it. The best! Already booking her again”

“Shakira is amazing! I feel like she's part of the family. She did an amazing job looking after my Maltipoo, Dash! She sent plenty of pictures and videos throughout the day. I really appreciate the way she made both me and Dash feel comfortable. Before she left, I had already booked her for another sitting for Dash. She's the best!”

“Anais was very communicative - she sent lots of pictures. She kept the place clean and was respectful. I would book her again. She was accommodating with special needs of my dog.”

About: I've been taking care of my family dog and a neighbors cat since I was in high school. Since then I have grown a lot as an animal care taker. I have gotten the opportunity to volunteer with the SF SPCA for about two years. There I learned a lot of skills specifically for when it comes to taking care of dogs. Things ranging from best walking practices, how to teach them basic commands and how to interact with reactive dogs. While doing that I also gained some regular four legged clients. Overall I really enjoy spending time with pets but currently don’t have the ability to have one of my own so pet sit to fill that pet shaped gap. Since I am WFH my schedule is pretty flexible when pet sitting I can play with and/or take the pet out for multiple breaks a day. Also because of that my schedule is pretty flexible generally to take care of a pet. Since I am not able to have pets in my apartment I like to try to be as respectable to the pet and space I am in when taking care of an animal in their house.
“Jasmine took great care of our dog, Koji, while Koji was a little sick and we had to be out of the house over the weekend. Jasmine came on time, even when we needed her early in the morning, and proactively took Koji on walks every few hours to ensure she had relief from her upset tummy. Koji was happy and relaxed when we came home after spending the day with Jasmine! I’d highly recommend her.”

“Alexa did a wonderful job taking care of our dog in our home over a long holiday weekend. She was communicative, made sure Beau got his walks and play time, left our home clean and our dog happy. She followed our instructions on everything and asked questions when she wasn’t sure about something. We hope our dog wasn’t too crazy for her, but we would gladly welcome her back! So grateful we found Alexa.”

“Very happy with Daniela as a pet/house sitter while we were overseas for 2-weeks. We don’t speak a common language, but my pets don’t speak English or Spanish either, so I wasn’t gonna let a language barrier be the sole reason to not hire someone. We used an audio translator app during the meet & greet, and most apps/ txt auto translate. I did provide an emergency contact of a bi-lingual friend. Thankfully we didn’t need to involve her. At the meet & greet, we practice giving my anxious cat’s oral tablet medication with dry kibble, and she was pretty good at it within a couple tries. Reassured me she would be able to administer when we’re gone. She sent regular photos/updates of our pets which always makes us happy and comfortable while traveling. We even had some HVAC issues while we were away, and Daniela was a trooper the whole time. Twice she helped coordinate a technician coming to the house since we couldn’t be there. She left the house very clean, trash taken out, bed made. Brought all our mail in. Watered the few plants we asked. Etc. I hope she’s available next time we travel. Thank you!”

“Nikoloz did a wonderful job pet sitting for us, he went out of his way to take excellent care of our dogs, and even took our older dog out for a walk in the middle of the night. A consistently communicated with us, was very responsive, and sent us great pictures of our dogs. I highly recommend him to everybody.”

About: I am a CPR certified pet sitter who loves animals and loves to care for things. I have no pets of my own because I travel often for my full-time job . However. , I look forward to building a trust worthy, healthy relationship with you and your animal family. I currently work from home full-time so I have flexible hours. I do travel often for work so the further out I know for overnight days is the better. I also am available to walk dogs daily. I live alone and a very nice neighborhood full of lots of trees and families. I keep a very neat and nice home free of anything that could harm animals.
“Laurel always takes such good care of our doggos! She sends constant updates throughout her stay with pictures and our pups absolutely love her! Couldn’t ask for a better sitter :)”

About: Hi there, I'm Diana! I have worked at two doggy daycares and have fostered several dogs, young and old. I am experienced in handling dogs of any temperament and am comfortable administering any oral or topical medications. I love working with animals and can't wait to meet your pet(s)! I am a recent college graduate and am working part-time for the next few months with a regular weekly schedule. I am completely available on weekends, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and after 3 every other day! In my client's home, I will do my best to respect the space of my client and their pets. I understand that I am in their space and may need to take it slow in the beginning, and I am comfortable with taking it at the pet's pace!

Brianna did a wonderful job taking care of my two dogs, and keeping me updated with pics and videos as well. My dogs are really shy at first and she was comfortable taking time to get to know them, very quickly they were snuggling with her and were clearly very comfortable around her. She was also kind enough to stay a bit later than planned to accommodate a flight delay. I will definitely book with her again!

Niayla was so responsive in setting up a last-minute dog sitting and answering all my questions, since this was my first time using Rover. She followed all instructions, reached out when she had questions, and sent regular photo updates. I felt good about leaving our home and pup in her hands and would hire her again.

It’s weird to say the woman who took care of my dog while I visited my home state reset my life but she did. Anais came to take care of my pup but she took care of him, me and my home. I left a depression den and came back to a home where I could finally relax. My pup was perfectly at ease with her. Made clear by the pictures of him napping away or propped on her lap with a big dumb smile on his cute old man face. Not sure how I hit the jackpot on Rover but I did!
Samantha was absolutely wonderful! She stayed overnight at my home with my 5-month-old puppy, Barkley, while I was in California, and she made everything so easy—no stress, no worry. She sent frequent updates and really went above and beyond, especially since Barkley developed some digestive issues right before I left. She took such good care of him, and I came home to a happy, healthy, and very tired puppy who had clearly been well loved and played with. We’ll definitely be hoping she’s available every time we go out of town!

Emily took excellent care of Addison! I was fully able to enjoy my time away knowing Addison was in great hands. And was so happy to find Addison calm and relaxed when I got home - not showing an ounce of stress (a rarity for her ☺️). We will definitely ask Emily back in the future - and highly recommend her.

I booked with Ash to watch my kitten for Labor Day weekend and they did an AMAZING job with little Stormie. They were able to plan a meet and greet with us and to see the apartment and immediately did great with Stormie. I got picture updates and always knew she had her breakfast/dinner, playtime, etc. My apartment was clean upon our return as well, so absolutely zero complaints 💙😊 10/10 would recommend to anybody needing someone kind and trustworthy to pet sit for them.

Ava watched Papito over a period of 6 days, and I received daily updates. Papito requires a lot of potty breaks, yet Ava was graceful about his needs. Communication was great. I felt at ease as did my pup. Like with any sitter, it’s best to be clear about needs and instructions. You’ll have positive experience!

Monica was amazing with my kitten Stormie while we were away for the weekend. She responded very quickly and was able to arrange a meet and greet with us under short notice as well. I got update pictures and videos over the course of the weekend, so I always knew my baby was in good hands. She also left our apartment in perfect condition (which you can imagine is not easy with a kitten). I would 1,000% recommend Monica for any pet sitting as she definitely took the stress out of the whole weekend ♥
