She was also super thoughtful and flexible, she even offered to do drop-off for me, which I really appreciated. She also noticed my dog was running low on food and reached out right away to ask if it was okay to ration it, which I appreciated because it showed she was paying close attention and wanted to make sure everything was handled properly. Samantha was really great! We had a peace of mind the moment we left our dog with her. We got consistent photos and activity updates. We really appreciate her patience and understanding of our senior dog who needed complex care notes. We also met Rosie who was a very sweet girl. Our dog tend to be introvert and so glad we he stayed with Rosie with very similar personality. We definitely will consider Samantha again for our next rover needs!
