“Ashley and her daughter Marina are incredibly conscientious and caring. Every time I bring my dog to their place, he is excited to run up the stairs and be reunited with his extended family. He truly loves them, and I can see how much they love him as well. 10/10, would recommend Ashley’s services to anyone!”

“Timothy is our puppy’s favorite sitter (and ours too!). It’s clear he really understands and empathizes with dogs of all ages and sizes. We’ve had multiple stays at Timothy’s place, and every time our dog comes home happy, well-cared for and occasionally having made new dog friends! We especially appreciate the way he handles our rambunctious labrador puppy- calm, kind, and confident. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in good hands. We’re grateful to have found him, highly recommend!”

“Diamond is an amazing sitter! She truly cares for the dogs she looks after and keeps you at ease with regular updates. My Leo came back home so tired and happy-which says everything, and he honestly didn’t even want to leave her place! Her dogs are wonderful as well and got along perfectly with mine, which made the whole experience even better. Diamond is reliable, punctual, and clearly passionate about what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter.”

“Gabriel was an excellent dog sitter for Walnut. He was attentive, patient, and very professional throughout the entire experience. He communicated clearly, provided updates, and always confirmed details, which gave me great peace of mind. Walnut seemed very happy and comfortable with him, and it was clear he genuinely enjoyed spending time with Gabriel. I truly felt that Walnut was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Gabriel and would love for him to continue sitting for us in the future.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs (small mostly) since I was 11. I grew up with two chihuahuas and am currently fully in love with my mom’s current weenie dog. I’ve fostered 3 small/medium dogs in the past 2 years and am trusted with my friends and families dogs for walking and sitting. I work from home Mondays and Fridays and am usually home most weekends (unless I’m traveling). I’m able to be home with the dog and take on walks for most of the day. I live less than a block from Harrison Park, so I will be able to take the dog for a walk and some exercise daily. I also happy to lounge on the couch and bed with the dog if they need plenty of company and rest. Dogs are little fur babies to me and they will be the royalty in the home. Be prepared for many pictures.

“When I first saw Jennifer I knew right away that I could safely leave my dog to her. Cola had a great time with Jen and her family while we had a whole day trip in Chicago city. It’s very convenient that her place is only 15 mins away from the downtown area. Thank you Jen and family -Ryan from Minnesota”

“Katrina was excellent! She made my first Rover experience with my pup a breeze. She is incredibly responsive and is punctual. She walked me through everything to expect and she even helped me set up a day stay as a introduction for my pup before her longer 5 night stay. I felt that my dog was well cared for and was receiving so much attention and love from Katrina! I got many updates and cute photos through the day which made me feel at ease while at work. She even gave me a little souvenir photo of my pup at the end of the stay. She is also very professional and transparent about every aspect of the stay. I give her my highest recommendation and will definitely be a repeat client!”

“Amy provided exceptional care for Maeve during her time at daycare. Maeve had an amazing time playing with her new friend Frank, and Amy treated her with the same warmth and attention as if she were her own. I highly recommend Amy and look forward to booking with her again!”

About: Hi! My name is Monica and I recently graduated from Indiana University. I’ve grown up around animals my entire life, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. While I was in college, I fostered through local animal shelters, which gave me experience caring for animals with all different personalities, ages, and needs. I’m also currently a volunteer at the Anti-Cruelty Society in Chicago, where I help care for animals and support the shelter. I work from home, so I’m able to give pets a lot of attention throughout the day. Your pet will never be left alone for long. My dad is also recently retired and home most of the time, so there’s always someone around to give extra attention, playtime, and care. I have a small Yorkie named Tucker and a cat named Penny. They’re both very friendly and used to being around other animals. Tucker is great at matching other dogs’ energy (whether they want to play or relax), and Penny is very calm and tends to mind her own business. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping your pet company, I treat every animal like they’re part of the family. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pet and make sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable while you’re away! I recently graduated from Indiana University and am now back home in Chicago full-time. My dad is retired and home all day, and I spend most of my time at home too, so your pet will always have company and attention. I’m not super busy and genuinely love being around animals — it’s the perfect setup! I have a private, fully fenced yard and never let pets outside without supervision. My home is spacious, and pets are welcome to relax anywhere they’d like. I also have a 2-year-old, 4.5-pound Yorkie who mostly keeps to himself but is always up for a little playtime if your pet wants a buddy! I’m happy to crate your dog at night if you prefer, or they’re welcome to sleep with me — I’d love that too!
“These guys….so loving toward our pups. Communicative and friendly - we just can’t say enough good things. Bean and Olive had a wonderful time spending the afternoon and evening with David so we could attend a wedding worry-free. Highly recommend if you need pet care in the Windy City. Wish we could give six stars!”

“Yasmine was wonderful with my very energetic dog. Her own dog is well-behaved and serves as a great role model for other dogs. When my dog came home, he was happy, tired, and completely content, a clear sign that he had a fantastic time. She lives close to a large dog park where dogs can run, play, and burn off their energy while having the time of their lives. I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog with Yasmine and plan to do so regularly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable sitter and excellent company for their dog.”

About: I have had pets growing up all my life. As of now I don’t have a pet of my own. I am experience in house training, walking, playing, grooming, administering medication. I also have experience with senior and handicap doggies. I occasionally take care of my family’s pet or check in on them and take them for walks and feed them while family is out of town. I live in a quiet and safe neighborhood where I can walk your fur babies safely. I am currently a grad student in a medical program, so I have plenty of time to attend to your pet. I am usually home and available on weekdays and on the weekends. Most of my classes are online. I am also available upon request to pick up or drop off your pet. If your dog needs to be exercised often, I don’t mind going on long walks. I love going on walks. I have a pet fence to prevent the pets from going into unwanted areas of the home. I prefer to let them free roam in the house.
“Our dog loves Nate! Our dog is a nervous boy and has separation anxiety pretty bad which is why we try not to leave him home alone. When we leave him with Nate he feels at home and calm until we are able to come get him. We have left him with other sitters and have had the opposite experience. Nate is the only one we like leaving our dog with. We highly recommend him.”

“Monica and Calvin were wonderful dog-sitters for our one-year-old frenchton. Thankfully, they met with us in advanced to make sure that we and our puppy would be comfortable with them and vice versa. They sent multiple status updates during the day including photos and even suggested ways of helping our puppy relieve with his digestion issues. Overall, they were excellent and we will definitely rebook them in the future.”

About: Hi, my name is Erika, and I recently decided to join the app because I love hanging out with dogs and cats. I've always loved animals and have grown up with a wide array of dogs, cats, lizards, and small rodents. Having recently moved to an apartment in Chicago, I currently do not have any pets, but I miss having furry friends around! I am always asked to watch my mother's two dogs and cat when she travels, and friends' pets when they travel. I’m comfortable with basic training, daily routines, walks, feeding, and understanding dog and cat behavior. I’m patient, attentive, and always focused on keeping a safe and happy environment. I’m happy to send regular photo and message updates and will follow the owners’ instructions carefully. I am a fully remote employee and can accommodate your pet's schedule as needed. There are a few parks nearby for us to wander and take in new smells, and I am more than happy to take your dog for short/longer walks. Non-smoking, clean apartment, with parks nearby. I live on the 3rd floor but have access to an elevator. I am reliable, trustworthy, and flexible. I will follow your instructions carefully and ensure your pet feels safe and pampered during their stay.

I hired Pamela to watch my doggo across two business days when I had longer meetings. She was kind enough to schedule a meet and greet ahead of time and very responsive overall. The best cue was on day 2 when my dog was SO excited to see her. She's a bit nervous around new people so the fact that she warmed up to Pamela so quickly means she felt safe and loved. Will absolutely book again with Pamela :)

Maya is amazing, caring and communicative! I was in pinch and needed help with my mini dachshund during the workday and she was great. She was prompt grabbing him and dropping him off to me, she gave me many updates and pictures during the day, and best of all, my highly anxious dog with separation anxiety had a great time with her and her sweet dog, Taz (she shared a video of them playing with lots of tail wagging)! Will be using her going forward :)

Lexi was a wonderful! She took such good care of my dog, and I could tell Koko had so much fun, she was so tired when she got home, and that’s when you know she had a great day! Lexi was also super good at keeping me updated and sharing photos, couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

This was our puppy’s very first sitting experience. We needed a sitter for a few hours during our trip to Chicago. From the moment we arrived, Zuma jumped right into Rachael’s arms, which immediately made us feel that she was experienced with dogs and had a calming presence. He seemed to feel safe and comfortable with her right away. It looks like he was able to relax and enjoy his time there. We would definitely recommend Rachael to other pet parents.

Yasmine was wonderful with my very energetic dog. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable sitter and excellent company for their dog.

Jennifer took great care of my two dogs during their first boarding experience. As first-time boarders, I was a little nervous, but Jennifer made the whole process easy and reassuring. She kept me updated regularly with photos and videos, and always let me know how the dogs were doing. It was clear that my dogs were happy, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their stay. Jennifer is responsible, communicative, and genuinely loves animals. I really appreciated the attention and care she gave my dogs, and I would not hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommended! Thank you, Jennifer, for treating Turbo and Boomboom like your own pets! We truly appreciate everything you did for them. 🐾💙

Hollie was great! We needed a last minute sitter for a quick trip to Chicago and Hollie stepped up and was amazing. She sent plenty of photos and updates, and our dog Pancake loved her 😃 Highly recommend and would definitely use again if ever back in Chicago ⭐️⭐️
