I’ve been caring for animal friends since I was young! I grew up on a farm, where we cared for cats, dogs, chickens, and goats. Moving to the suburbs, and now, the city, my desire to care for pets has persisted, as I continue to extend myself to my school and church community! I’ve since cared for their dogs and cats for as long as 3 weeks at a time.

Carmela did a great job taking care of Winston. He had a great long walk with her that helped him release his young dog energy!
Carmela was super caring, had great communication and I had full confidence our dog was in great care with her.
We had such a wonderful experience with Carmela. She and her roommate were incredibly sweet and loving with Sam, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing there was always someone around with him. We’re pretty sure Sam had a great time with them! They kept us updated with pictures and videos throughout his stay, which we really appreciated. Sam also has some special dietary needs, and when they ran out of the treats he could have, they were so thoughtful to go out and buy more for him. That little gesture meant a lot to us. Thank you both for taking such great care of our boy and making us feel completely comfortable while we were away. We would absolutely book with her again! ❤️
Our dog Lyla had a wonderful stay with Carmela! She provided pictures while we were away and had a quick response time! She even drove Lyla home which was so incredibly helpful after a busy day of traveling. We will definitely book with her again!

I’m currently working remotely during the summer months, so I am completely flexible for any bookings. This will also allow me to attend to pets who may need extra or more frequent attention and care.

I have extra space in the home to set up play/beds/anything your pet needs to feel comfortable. I also have a fenced dog park and live in a walkable, private neighborhood for regular walking, and a large dog park for play and socializing with other dogs.
