A walk a day keeps the vet away!
Growing up with a sweet chocolate lab and a sassy golden retriever for 10+ years has taught me much of what I know about dogs today. After all, they are family! While your pup is away from theirs, know that they’ll be shown great attention, patience, and fun in my care. Whether your dog is big or small, shy or playful, they are always welcome to strut in the riverwalk with me!

Amaris was amazing! She took such great care of our dog and showered her with attention and affection. She was very responsive and shared regular updates throughout the stay. She is truly one of the best sitters we have ever had, and we would happily book with her again.
Amaris and her partner are fantastic! I received daily pictures/updates while away and my dog was having a blast. They're easygoing, responsible, loving, and very accommodating: they had no issues addressing my dog-care requests nor my dog’s request to never stop playing fetch. My travel back home was delayed and they didn't think twice about adjusting their schedule to extend my dog's stay, which I truly appreciated. It was a huge load off my mind on an already hectic day! Would definitely recommend them and would stay with them again!
My girl is very shy and nervous and usually takes time to warm up to new people, so I was a little anxious about leaving her with a new sitter. Amaris was wonderful with her from the start. She was comfortable enough to spend two full 8-hour workdays with Amaris right away, which is very unusual for her. Amaris kept me updated throughout the day, was flexible with scheduling, and made the whole experience completely stress-free!

Amaris has a huge heart for fur babies. She has been our go to caretaker to our three dogs when we are away or at work. We have one chocolate lab, one growing yellow lab mix who’s quite rambunctious and our older shih Tzu who’s almost 13 year old. She not only walks them all, gives them individualized care, love, and attention she’s extremely responsible and we always trust our dogs with her. She has been doing this for years. They have a natural submission for her and at the same time get so excited when they see her coming up the walkway! Sometimes we get a little jealous;). Amaris is also very fit and loves to walk , so it’s a win win ;))

Schedule
I have a fully remote office job so I’m pretty flexible for walks and care. Specifically, I’m free Mondays - Fridays in the mornings or afternoons. I’m also available on weekends upon request!

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a doorman and a small green space on the ground floor. I’m very nearby to the riverwalk and lake as well!
A typical day
I’m located near the riverwalk and lake so your pets can expect fun scenic walks throughout the day. Plenty of play time, tug of war, and cuddles are guaranteed too!
