About: I’ve taken care of dogs (small mostly) since I was 11. I grew up with two chihuahuas and am currently fully in love with my mom’s current weenie dog. I’ve fostered 3 small/medium dogs in the past 2 years and am trusted with my friends and families dogs for walking and sitting. I work from home Mondays and Fridays and am usually home most weekends (unless I’m traveling). I’m able to be home with the dog and take on walks for most of the day. I live less than a block from Harrison Park, so I will be able to take the dog for a walk and some exercise daily. I also happy to lounge on the couch and bed with the dog if they need plenty of company and rest. Dogs are little fur babies to me and they will be the royalty in the home. About: Hi! My name is Monica and I recently graduated from Indiana University. I’ve grown up around animals my entire life, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. While I was in college, I fostered through local animal shelters, which gave me experience caring for animals with all different personalities, ages, and needs. I’m also currently a volunteer at the Anti-Cruelty Society in Chicago, where I help care for animals and support the shelter. I work from home, so I’m able to give pets a lot of attention throughout the day. Your pet will never be left alone for long. They’re both very friendly and used to being around other animals. Tucker is great at matching other dogs’ energy (whether they want to play or relax), and Penny is very calm and tends to mind her own business. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping your pet company, I treat every animal like they’re part of the family. About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life and I’m a huge pet lover. I used to foster dogs of all sizes so I’m used to having guest pups around. I have a 9yr old Doberman mix who wouldnt mind the extra company of another dog. He will show a little interest in another dog staying with us but for the most part he sticks to himself and does best with other dogs who don’t need him to play with but just like the company! We love the outdoors and go on frequent walks. Dogs will have free reign of the apartment. I work 9-5 during the week downtown 3 days a week but with enough notice I have flexibility on the days and start/end times. Daily routine will be the same as my pup. Three walks a day (or more if needed). Breakfast around 8 and dinner around 6 unless different hours are needed. Dogs will have free roam of the apartment but I also have the ability to separate them if requested. I also don’t mind if they are on the furniture and I have plenty of options for sleeping arrangements.

“Fortino was amazing! My dog is pretty high energy and I could tell he was having a great time. Fortino sent regular updates and he took my dog on lots of fun excursions with his own dog. He was very communicative and I could tell he paid close attention to details of my dog’s comfort, personality, etc. He even gave my dog a sweater that previously belonged to his dog but was too small, which was very sweet.
