About: I’ve had my own pets and taken care of others’ pets for decades. I love playing with cats, taking walks with dogs, throwing the ball, and I’m a big-time cuddler. I work from home on my own technology business and I’m available 24 hours a day all over Chicago. I’m also fine with short notice. We have a fantastic gated park across the street that we love taking puppies to. Inside our house there are a dozen different places for dogs and cats to rest. Drop-off and pick-up are easy here, too, as we have a door right onto the street.
“Lydia was a fav from my dog and I! She made sure to keep me updated throughout the day with how my dog was doing. Due to my dog having separation anxiety, I was hesitant to leave her. But Lydia was very understanding and she understood what methods to use to help my dog acclimate better to her home. I absolutely recommend her for her effective communication with me and my dog.”

It is too time consuming to travel to Milwaukee to take Lily to her sitter before our trips, so we decided to find one in Chicago. We booked Irene through Rover based on her excellent reviews. We decided to let them get to know Lily before we leave her with them for our long travel at the end of this month. It worked very well. I met Ronnie when we left and picked up Lily. I highly recommend Victoria! She took great care of my boy while I was out of the country for several days and sent frequent updates. She even went out of her way to order snow boots for him due to a snowstorm that came after I left town. Couldn’t be happier with her!
Not only do we look forward to Theo's stay with Dani but the loving care and attention he receives, frequent long walks and then keeping him a few more days while I was detained overseas all add up to a dog sitter who loves what they do. I feel guilty bringing Theo home.
Yeju and her sister Enye spoiled our dog more than we do when they look after her for 12 days. They constantly sent pictures and videos of her. They were holding her in their arms like a baby in these pictures and it was extremely sweet to see that bonding, because our dog is very timid and not so good with people other than us. They played catch with Lily, that was also amazing because we don't do that because we don't think that Lily is interested in playing anymore since she is 16.5 Lily came home as a very happy dog. She had a wonderful vacation with her new sisters Yeju and Enye. We will definitely let them dog-sit Lily during our travels in the future. We HIGHLY recommend them.
Lucas was attentive to my dog’s walks and feeding. My dog seemed to feel safe and comfortable with him. He was responsive to communications and flexible when my travel plans changed. He sent cute pictures of my dog periodically which helped me feel at ease. I felt safe having Lucas stay in my house while I was gone and take care of everything. He brought several packages inside, watered my plants, and was a good neighbor to my building-mates. Lucas helped me out with a last-‘minute dog sitting need and I really appreciated it!
This the second or third time Fred has taken my special needs dog. Well, my dog had a medical emergency and Fred handled it with so much care. I'm so glad he was there for my dog and for me. Can't recommend Fred enough, and I will be using his services next time. Thank you Fred!
