Elizabeth and her family are a godsend. I cannot say enough great things about her and the level of service she provides.

Thank you so much to E for taking such great care of Lumi during his boarding stay! E kept me updated with photos regularly, which really gave me peace of mind. I could truly feel that Lumi was comfortable, safe, and happy in their home. Before boarding, Lumi was still a puppy who wasn’t fully socialized and didn’t really know how to interact politely with other dogs. During his stay, he learned so much about reading other dogs’ cues and playing more appropriately. Seeing such a big improvement in his behavior honestly surprised me in the best way. I’m really grateful for the patience, care, and experience E gave him. Highly recommend!

Liz and the family was welcoming and shared the updates on daily basis! Made sure Miso was accommodated at a new place and understood his background (sensitive to sound) her experience with dogs helped me to feel better and her kids showed lots of love as well!

Thanks so much to EK and her family for making our pup feel at ease and at home. My pup is 13 and never spent any time away from our family. Until recently someone was always at home so he was never left alone. However my brother needed a holiday and couldn’t take our pup with him. We thought about leaving him with his vet but they keep the dogs in a cage most of the day and I thought that would be too stressful for our little pup pup. We had some many concerns because this was our first time boarding and using Rover. We didn’t know how he would react to a new environment, little children, strangers, and other dogs. I found Rover and EK and was thankful that she could accept our last minute booking for almost a week. I am not sure who was more stressed, me or my pup. EK took our pup into her home and treated him like he was part of her family. Last minute booking. No problem. Senior pup with separation anxiety. No problem. Pup that takes a while to warm up with strangers or other dogs. No problem. Nothing phased EK, and she managed beautifully. It took a day or so for my pup to relax but after that he had a great time, he ate well, had lots of play time with other pups and yard time, fell in love with her family. She said he behaved perfectly. She calls him peanut which is so cute. She even got him to eat his doggie food! She sent frequent pupdates, at least one per day and sometimes more. The next time we need a vacation or a dog sitter we will most definitely reach out to E. Thanks E and family. PR
