Normally I try only to book sitters who have cats of their own or who mostly do cat-sitting, but the visits went really well and my cats seemed very happy from the photos! One of my cats has asthma so I was nervous about Jean having to administer the Aerokat inhaler, but it seems like everything went smoothly and he didn't have any problems despite not having used one before. About: Hi! I’m 32 years old and live in Chicago with my sweet and wonderful cat, Simon. My connection with animals started at a very young age, with my first best friend, Pablo — a 40kg Dalmatian who was my partner in crime for many years. We took care of each other and, whenever the neighbors needed a little help, somehow we ended up taking care of most of the neighborhood too! As I grew up and moved between different countries, animals continued to be an important part of my life. About: I’m well versed is dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes! I’ve worked with puppies, lively dogs, chill dogs, morkies all the way down to Great Danes! I’m good at administering medication so I’ve got you covered if needed. I’m not super well versed in senior cats and dogs but I can get there! I’m free after 4 on Mondays and Wednesdays, free Fridays, and free after 5 on Tuesday, before 2 on Thursday and after 5. About: I have taken care of my neighbor’s dogs for many years when she was out of town. She had both an elderly dog with special needs/medications and a dog that was newly adopted and needed to be trained. Both were labs so I have experience with dogs who are very food-motivated and curious. Saif grew up with high maintenance cats and has a big heart for all dogs. Saif and I switch off work from home days, so one of us is almost always home. We enjoy taking breaks between meetings to take dogs on walks or go to the nearby dog park. I tend to adjust my schedule around when pets are with us to accommodate to different dogs’ needs. I do not have any of my own pets, but I make my home as pet friendly as possible by having the storage room closed and food out of reach as well as a trashcan that locks for curious animals. I have a large grassy yard for pets to enjoy outdoor time while supervised. We love the nearby dog park, but we always check with pet owners if they’re okay with us taking their dog there. If not, we enjoy long walks and playing fetch.
