About: My experience ranges from all ages of dogs including seniors, 5 years, puppies etc. I started by walking dogs for those who couldn’t take their dogs out and dog sitting for friends on vacation. Currently I’m a doctoral student and I make time for dog walking and sitting by scheduling everything out efficiently. Nothing is better than walking for a break or studying with a pup. I specifically have dog sat for as long as a week, a few hours, and also as simple as a quick walk. Hope to meet some new buddies :) 🐶🐈‍⬛ I dedicate my weekends to pet care; however, am available for dog walking certain days during the week. Times can be given or discussed based on need! I ensure the safety of each dog I care for by following instructions and routines shared with me prior to arrival. About: I grew up in a household full of pets and have been lucky to live with people who also own pets, sharing the responsibility. Over the years, I've taken care of many dogs and several cats, rodents (guinea pigs and hamsters), hermit crabs, and fish. I have mostly owned small dogs and have been lucky to see them mature into their senior years, so I am familiar with the unique challenges that can come with age. I do feel comfortable walking and caring for dogs of any size. Right now, my family is fostering two 6-week old puppies who need lots of attention and care, so I am learning a lot about puppies. While I haven't yet charged for my services, I have been trusted by friends, family, and community members since I was 15 to pet-sit and house-sit. I graduated from college a year ago and have been bouncing around a lot, working ground control at music festivals. Between festivals, I need a place to stay, so I am especially looking for house-sitting opportunities to spend my time and have furry friends keeping me company. Other than sits and drop-ins, I'm not working, so I can give your loved ones the time and attention they deserve. I am big into travel, so I've met and lived with animals around the world. I've volunteered at shelters in the Bay Area, SoCal, and Louisiana. I was most recently living on a horse ranch in Georgia (the country) and took care of 2 farm dogs and a kitten. They were very independent and mostly required food, water, and serious cuddles. On the other hand, I've watched pets of various temperaments that had strict diets, medication schedules, and mental and physical health needs. I know every animal is different, and I'm happy to do all I can to care for yours just as you would. If your pet needs to sleep in bed with someone at night or other specific requests, I can do that. I will also be exploring Chicago for the first time, so if your dog has any favorite parks or routes, I would love to know!

About: I have over 20 years of experience with caring for pets like dogs, fish, hampster, rabbit, birds and cats. I grew up loving animals and have taken in a few kittens before rehousing them. I'm self-employed and can make arrangements for clients. I have a car so I can pick up and drop your baby off at appointments or daycare. Just let me know your needs. At clients' house I usually ask for any rules and expectations of me to follow to respect the space. Then I will ask about all your pets needs, allergies, medical & behavior concerns and emergency numbers. If parent is not home, I will send pic or video of me closing door and locking up to ensure security.
