Her home is very clean and Charise is a very warm and welcoming host. Navi is just the cutest little nugget ever, and I could tell immediately Roman would feel right at home with Charise. Our big GSD is a big baby and throws a bit of a fit every time we leave, but Charise and Navi were patient with him while he warmed up to the idea of us being away—by the time we returned, he was fully integrated into their little family. Roman is allowed on the couch and bed for cuddles, and Charise has a full basement for the dogs to run around and play, a small yard, and she takes them together on long walks. Roman came home fully pooped from a week of playing with Navi and we’ll definitely be using Charise in the future!”

Ruben was so kind and even offered to show me his place beforehand and clearly explain how everything works while he dog sits. He communicated so well throughout Tsuki’s 3 day stay and consistently gave me updates, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. One moment that really stood out to me was on the 3rd day when I realized I had forgotten to pack Tsuki’s food. I was already feeling stressed and overwhelmed, and Ruben immediately offered to feed her rice and chicken. It may seem like a small thing, but it genuinely meant so much to me in that moment and really showed me how willing he was to help and make sure Tsuki was taken care of. You can genuinely tell that Ruben cares about the dogs he watches. The way he talks about them and the way he gives updates felt so genuine. You can tell that he really takes the time to get to know each dog, pays attention to their needs, and make sure they’re comfortable and happy. It was clear to me that his care for Tsuki wasn’t just because she was staying with him it’s genuinely how he treats the dogs he dog sits for. Ruben is such a great guy with a kind heart and a really good attitude. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and support he gave Tsuki and for how reassuring he was throughout her 3 day stay. Not only was I put at ease, Xo is naturally an anxious dog with separation anxiety, Jeff helped her with her fears and brought her out of that mental state. A huge plus for that. He allows her on furniture which is perfect as she enjoys snuggling and sleeping next to someone. He kept me updated, even sent pictures which to me, is a sign of a caring and an understanding person. Jeff is a laid back kinda guy. He made a few arrangements to tend to my needs which helped a ton for my reasoning in leaving her to begin with. That above all, showed me just how much he’s willing to help and care for a pet as his own. About: A teacher looking to make extra money over the summer. Traveled to over 50 countries and enjoy running, caring for or fostering dogs for better homes. I'm a teacher online and a PHD student who just moved back to the USA from Seoul South Korea. I have extra time since we are off for the summer. Our dog Lily is a sweet and gentle 2 year old adopted Samoyed. She was adopted from a family at 1 year old because of the coat management. They did however have another family dog that Lily loved. She gets lonely at times, so we are doing this because she loves having friends over! I love dogs and can make adjustments to the walk as needed. If there is a certain diet or criteria needed, I am available for that's well.

About: I grew up with a beagle and a dachshund, so small breed dogs, but have ample experience sitting and caring for big, medium, and small pups! I have some experience training from training my own puppies, but over the last few years have shifted into providing the extra love and care needed for my family’s senior dogs.
