Ian’s a great communicator and super responsive. He was available every time we needed him, and sent us photos of Cooper during each stay. Cooper is a bit anxious but became very comfortable with Ian. Ian has a nice back yard for the dogs, although Cooper seemed to enjoy lounging on his window seat watching the activity outside. We would recommend Ian highly and will use his services again next time we’re in Chicago.”
