I work a hybrid schedule (2 days in office and 3 WFH) so dogs would need to be comfortable being alone no more than a few hours.

Rosie is kept in a separate room while we are out of the house, but we’re flexible with well-behaved furry friends having a run of the first floor. We have a fenced-in yard for potty breaks and can take your pup on walks or to the dog park for exercise. We have 8 steps to both our front door from our home to our yard, a consideration for any petite or senior pups.

We always do a meet and greet prior to booking to ensure that the dogs get along and so that your pup has met us and sniffed around our house with you prior to staying. Always seems to help them settle in faster during boarding. During that time, I’ll ask about food and anything that is a part of your routine. We try our best to incorporate as much as possible to put them at ease and give them some familiarity. Nothing worse for a pup than to be stuck with a lady that doesn’t know he gets a treat after a potty break or a chew toy at night ;)

Dogs in our care will enjoy walks in the neighborhood. We are also happy to take your pup to the dog parks at Walsh Park, Churchill or Logan Square Dog park, if they enjoy off leash time.

I’m a single mom with two teenage kids and a 8y mixed breed named Rosie. I’ve always had a dog in my life. We know how hard it can be to find a affordable, reliable, and affectionate dog sitter. If we can care for your dog while you’re away, we’d be happy to help. We’re a good mix between play and snuggles. My kids are teens and responsible with animals, aren’t too loud or overbearing. Rosie likes to play with other dogs, but will give space when needed.

Keri was so awesome with Roo! We got photo updates all weekend, she and her dog Rosie was so sweet with my dog! I had cancellations due to a storm and she was so awesome in still making it work until I could get back. Would definitely book again :)
