Maitri was wonderful with Izzy. She accepted a last-minute boarding request for two days, which I really appreciated, and everything went smoothly. Izzy was well cared for and happy when I picked her up. I also met her husband and child — both were very kind and welcoming. I’d absolutely book with her again
Ms Susan and Joanna are amazing and have been to Bailey!! We are leaving and won’t be able to use them again but they were the best we needed at the time! They make homemade treats for the dogs and give treats too! They are the best in Chicago! I promise you that! Thank you so much Ms. Susan and Joanna for treating Bailey like your own dog! I can’t say enough amazing things about Mike and Joanna! This was my first time ever booking on Rover, and I’ll be honest — I was nervous. They didn’t have many reviews yet, no star rating, and their overnight rate seemed almost too good to be true. I hesitated… but I am SO glad I took the chance. They are truly a diamond in the rough. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive. Every time I reached out to check on my dog, Whiskey, they replied immediately and kept me completely at ease. They sent the cutest Valentine’s Day photos during her stay, which absolutely made my day. You can tell they genuinely care. The sweetest surprise? They sent Whiskey home wearing a custom bandana with her name on it. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail says everything. If you’re on the fence because of their profile, don’t be. Sometimes the best sitters just haven’t built up their reviews yet. Mike and Joanna are hands down the BEST, and I will 100% be booking with them again.
Cannot thank Cassandra and Topher enough for their care and attention while watching our big, sassy pup. Our dog is reactive to other dogs, but we did not worry one bit while we were away. Greatly appreciate their communication and flexibility- hope to use them as sitters again soon!
