“We LOVE Ruben!! Our puppy can definitely be a handful but somehow Ruben was able to make her feel comfortable enough in his home to not bark and to snuggle! We love knowing that our puppy was in safe hands and got to enjoy playing with Ruben’s dogs as well! We will definitely be calling Ruben for all future boardings! In addition to Ruben being awesome, his mom made us the sweetest card and sent Aya home with 2 new toys!”

I had so much peace of mind knowing my pup was getting lots of care, play time and super long, scenic walks every day! Ian was super communicative and sent pictures of Banksy multiple times a day, which I very much appreciated. He told me about the couple of other dogs that he watched as well and how Banksy got along with each. Ian really is thoughtful about how the dogs interact together and makes sure they have safe, supervised play and will give them space, if needed. I know Banks absolutely LOVED being there and was sad to leave! I will 100% be reaching out to Ian the next time I go out of town.”
“Roman was Charise’s first ever Rover dog and we were really happy to have connected with her for our 5-day trip. Charise was a great sitter—she sent detailed updates about how Roman was doing with Navi and hope he was settling in while we were away. Her home is very clean and Charise is a very warm and welcoming host. Navi is just the cutest little nugget ever, and I could tell immediately Roman would feel right at home with Charise. Our big GSD is a big baby and throws a bit of a fit every time we leave, but Charise and Navi were patient with him while he warmed up to the idea of us being away—by the time we returned, he was fully integrated into their little family. Roman is allowed on the couch and bed for cuddles, and Charise has a full basement for the dogs to run around and play, a small yard, and she takes them together on long walks. Roman came home fully pooped from a week of playing with Navi and we’ll definitely be using Charise in the future!”

Absolutely amazing Rover! Leaving your pup is always stressful, but Maria made it as easy as possible. Lots of pupdates and, when I had travel delays, she helped navigate the app and was willing to lengthen his stay! Easily the best Rover I have ever had. I cannot recommend Maria enough.
Shout out to Jasmine! Such a great experience with her! My dog Bulleit is a high-maintenance Border Collie who needs a lot of attention from his humans, so finding the right sitter has always been challenging and honestly gives me a lot of anxiety. And Bulleit said Jasmine is his favorite sitter, since he usually roasts me and barks at me for at least 1mins upon his pickup from daycare/boarding, but this time there’s no complaint🤣 Jasmine made everything so easy for me😭She’s incredibly caring and loving, and she kept me updated on how my dog was doing with lots of cute pictures. You can also tell that she has plenty of experience with different kinds of dogs and really knows how to make them feel comfortable. And doggos don’t lie, you can simply tell from their behavior whether they like their sitter and whether they’ve been treated well. I could tell that my dog felt genuinely happy, comfortable, and secure staying with Jasmine. For the first time, I was actually able to relax while I was away instead of constantly worrying about him. Highly recommend!! ❤️🐶
This is my first time using Rover and I’m happy I gave it a try. Anette and her husband took great care of Kobe, keeping me updated and frequently sending pictures, very responsive and tending to Kobe as if he were their own. I felt a peace of mind while on vacation that Kobe was in good hands. I would certainly recommend Anette and request her again:)
Regina had another wonderful stay with Brenda, Milo, and Boozer! They are great communicators and kept us updated with messages and adorable photos throughout the stay. They were also very flexible when our flight was delayed on the way home. We picked up a happy dog who was very comfortable with them. Thanks to Brenda and Milo again for another great stay. We left our tiny (3.5 lbs) Chihuahua with Michelle and Otavio while we went to Japan for over a month. As soon as we left, he developed an ear infection. Michelle reached out to me right away to let us know. She made an appointment with our regular vet, took him to her (even though she is an hour away), and then gave him his medication for seven days. This is our third time having Michelle and Otavio watch Emerson. They’ve always taken such good care of him, I was not worried at all. The way they addressed this health issue was so impressive, I definitely hope to keep working with them in the future!
We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter! From the very beginning, he was kind, professional, and incredibly caring with our dogs. He kept us updated every day with pictures and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious that our dogs were happy, comfortable, and receiving lots of love and attention. His communication was outstanding, and he always responded quickly to any questions we had. We are so grateful for the excellent care he provided and will definitely book with him again in the future. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, and who truly loves animals, we highly recommend him!
Adam far exceeded any expectations for communication and was incredibly quick to respond, professional and friendly. Though a major storm that disrupted air travel and led to my trip being canceled, Adam was flexible and accommodating and shared plenty of photos for the afternoon and evening he watched my dog. I would not hesitate to reach back out to Adam for future boarding needs.
Elliot was awesome! Kept me updated throughout my whole trip and even sent videos with other pups playing. Mulan didn't want to come home and she slept for three days straight once I finally got her out of there. Will absolutely be my new go-to whenever I'm in need of petcare!
