Manuel looked after my dog for a whole week and she was happier and even healthier when I picked her up. Sent photos every day which gave me so much peace of mind. I could tell she was truly in good hands. 100% recommend — will definitely book again!

Manuel was absolutely wonderful with Panch! He made sure he got his medication, took him on daily walks, and gave him extra snuggles during the storm. He kept us updated every day with messages and pictures, which gave us such peace of mind. When we picked Panch up, he was happy, freshly bathed, and clearly very well cared for. We’re so grateful for the love and attention Manuel gave him! ❤️

This was our second stay with Manuel. Our first experience was great, which makes writing this especially difficult. Manuel is a genuinely nice person who has always been very responsive, accommodating, and flexible with scheduling. Unfortunately, when I picked up my dog after this stay, I was shocked by the condition he was in. His nose was red and raw, as though he’d been rubbing or pawing at it excessively. He had a fingernail-sized open sore on his upper lip that was swollen, all four of his elbows were raw with scabbing starting to develop, one elbow was swollen, and one of his eyes was red. He also had a very strong odor on him that smelled like a cleaning product (similar to Fabuloso). The smell was so strong. As soon as I got home I washed his face and body because I was concerned something had gotten on his skin. In his 8.5 years he has never had this extent of irritation in such a variety of different places on his skin. What was especially concerning is that none of these issues were mentioned to me during his stay or at pickup. If these injuries and irritation developed while he was there, I would have expected to be notified immediately. The fact that I wasn’t makes me feel that Dooby simply wasn’t being observed closely enough. When I picked him up, he was also incredibly anxious, which was unusual for him. I don’t believe there was any intentional mistreatment, and I appreciate that our first stay went so well. However, it’s clear to me that my dog was not adequately cared for during this visit. Seeing him in that condition breaks my heart. I am uncomfortable providing such negative feedback, but it is the truth, and I feel I bear responsibility to report.

We loved having our dog Miso cared for by Manuel. Excellent sitter with great, prompt communication. We had to change our pick up time and Manuel was very accomodating. Miso seemed to really enjoy her stay as well.

Manuel was fantastic. I am new to the area immediately felt like I was leaving Louie in good hands. Manuel was responsive and sent daily pictures. Communication was spectacular. Would 100% recommend him as a sitter.

Manuel was amazing. He provided daily updates with pictures of Sagan. He also gave her medicine and found that one of her nails was starting to impact her paw pad and cut it for me. He did an incredible job caring for my fur baby, and I will definitely have him care for her again. Thank you so much, Manuel!
