Unfortunately very disappointed in Fatimah’s services. We met in person prior to drop off day where we discussed expectations. Fatimah mentioned: - multiple walks a day for potty breaks - dog park time - some time at the open not fully fenced regular park We voiced our very clear concern that our dog is a flight risk in a not fully enclosed and fenced space. And also that as a husky she requires mental and physical stimulation and that dog parks are a necessity. We also discussed that she has not been eating as well and that we want to make sure she is, as well as that she had a scab we wanted to keep eyes on. Fatimah sent a few second videos and photos. The photos and videos seemed to be at the regular open not fully fenced park while our dog was unleashed. Which we were very clear was not ok for us. Never was it discussed with us again if it was ok. When we checked in how our dog was doing and if she was getting or going to get any dog park time - Fatimah got very defensive and responded word for word with this “If you aren't comfortable with this setup or my care style, you are more than welcome to look for alternative arrangements.” Mind you we are across the world in a different time zone and received no further communication about any of the things discussed; from eating to her scab etc. Only the few second videos and photos. No dog park time was had per the videos or photos. Our dog clearly didnt receive the agreed upon exercise mentally or physically as when we picked her up she very clearly had a ton of energy. When we asked if she had gone out for the day when we picked her up the response was “you saw the pictures”. Very rude overall and would not recommend.

Our dog had a great stay, will be booking again in the future!
