About: From a young age, I've had a special bond with dogs. My parents took in neighborhood samoyeds and newfoundlands that had been abandoned by their owners. I grew up with them, trained them, did my best to make sure their home was loving. Since my neighbors knew I was good with large dogs, I frequently dog sat for them. I quickly became an expert in leash technique, engaging play, making sure they were fed right, and just plain being there for them. I don't have any dogs right now (my apartment is way too small) but I know I'll meet that special fluffy guy when I get a bigger place. I'm available nearly all the time, as I'm not currently working and am only doing occasional volunteering in the Bitter Lake/Greenwood/Shoreline area. I have the availability of a tireless assistant! I believe in respecting a dog's boundries while also being very mindful of their needs. From years of experience I've learned to find the proper balance and give the dog the best experience possible.

About: My life is centered around cats and dogs. I currently run and host an independent catch shelter from home. We have a completely separate unit to host on board Your cat or dog at any given time. We also count with a fenced in yard. Where they get to hang out and play on beautiful days. I eat, live, breathe pet care. It's what I do on a daily basis with over fifty one cats and three dogs in our facility, that is truly what I am passionate about. And do it all day. Besides having a fenced in yard, every part of our space has their safety and security in mind, Above all. From protocols in place to introduce New pets to the space so they can be comfortable, to separate spaces that accommodate your pets away from the rest of the population and systems to ensure the pets wellbeing above all.

I love to get really active and engaging their dogs. Hii I'm currently working part time. I have an open schedule. Monday through Sunday. Although I prefer to do early morning and afternoon pet care! Clean water available at all times. Exercise every day (walks, playtime, affection, attention, and social interaction all the time. Give them a predictable routine with patience and consistency.
“Leila is fabulous! We need a last second walk for our pups. She came to our house to get the pups. Our friend that was there earlier in the day left the leashes in the wrong place and Leila was patient enough to search for them. It delayed her walk quite a bit but she didn’t shorten their walk. She took great care of our pups and gave them treats. Her report was thorough and detailed, which helped alleviate any worry I had for our pups. Thanks Leila!”

About: I go beyond basic pet sitting by focusing on each pet’s individual needs and personality. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats—from energetic puppies and playful kittens to senior pets who need a gentler, more attentive approach. I’m comfortable with routines like medication administration, crate training, litter box maintenance, and reinforcing basic commands or good habits. What sets me apart is my attention to detail—I make sure pets feel safe, stimulated, and loved, while also keeping owners updated with regular photos and check-ins. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I plan my schedule around it. I’m consistent with visits and make sure pets are cared for on time, whether that’s feeding, playtime, or just keeping them company. I check in throughout the day and keep communication open, so you’ll always know how your cat is doing. I enjoy making pet care part of my routine—it never feels like a chore, just something I genuinely love doing. Your cat’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. In your home, I stick closely to your cat’s usual routine so they feel secure and stress-free. I make sure doors, windows, and anything potentially unsafe are handled carefully, and I keep their space clean, calm, and comfortable. I’m very respectful of your home and follow all instructions closely—from feeding and litter care to playtime and any special needs. I also keep a close eye on behavior and health, so I can quickly spot if anything seems off. You can trust that your cat (and your home) will be in safe, responsible, and caring hands.
About: Hi there! I’ve been around dogs of all sizes and personalities my entire life—literally since before I could walk. One of my earliest memories is riding around on my childhood dog’s back like a pony! Over the years, I’ve cared for so many incredible pups—from energetic puppies to senior dogs needing extra love. I was the go-to pet sitter for my grandmother’s dogs, including two who required special care and medical attention. Most recently, I devoted the last year to giving our beloved rescue, Eli (a hound-lab mix), the best life possible as he bravely battled cancer. Now, we’re raising a puppy again! Hazel, our 7-month-old corgi-golden retriever mix, joined us at just 3 months old with no training. Today, she’s fully potty trained and knows all the basics—and then some! Whether I’m volunteering at my local animal shelter (which I loved doing throughout high school and college) or caring for my own pets, dogs have always held a huge piece of my heart. I’m patient, experienced, and completely dedicated to making every pup feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away! I am currently finishing my first year of teaching as a 4th grade general education teacher! I am looking to help those in need of someone to care for their furry loved ones while away for the summer. I am extremely flexible and I am a runner who runs before work every morning so I am up early. Once school is finished I will have a lot of free time during the end of June, all of July, and mostly all of August! Depending on which service is required I am very flexible! While I do live in an apartment building, we have all sorts of amenities! A dog run connected to the building, a nice little grassy area (my personal favorite for my pup), and multiple dog parks that are a 5 minute walk away! Again, I am very flexible so I definitely most likely will provide anything that you are in need of!
About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I had the joy of having a Pomeranian as my first furry companion, and over the years, I’ve fostered many dogs, each with their own unique personality and charm. Most recently, I cared for my senior dog, who was the sweetest and most loving soul. Losing him was heartbreaking, but it deepened my understanding of the unconditional love and care dogs especially for seniors bring to our lives. As life got busier, I realized how challenging it can be for dog moms and dads to balance work and giving their pups the attention they deserve. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help! With my dog care services, I aim to provide love, care, and attention to your fur babies while you’re away. Every dog deserves to feel safe, happy, and cherished, and I’m here to make that happen for your four-legged family members. I am currently working part time while studying! Being with your pets not only helps you but me too! I miss my dog very much so I am very happy to help anyone fur babies when they need. I have the time to walk and play with your dog or cat (: At your home I’ll make sure they are comfortable with much pats on the belly! Very well taken care of! Making sure always on leash and picking up after them.

I am super excited to take care of other dogs and just have good time together! I am fully dedicated to pet care and pet sitting. I really to love spend my days with positive energy and positive buddy’s all around. Each buddy can have their own designated place either their own bed or crate provided by the pet parent or on a warm blanket I knitted myself!

About: I’ve raised my mini-golden doodle of 8 years from when he was 2 months old. I’ve trained him to potty outside & all the main tricks. He’s well behaved & gentle. That’s why many of my friends have trusted me with caring for their pets. Whether that be checking in to feed them, walk them, play with them, or even lightly train them. My friends think I’m a dog whisperer. I’m currently doing a career change & study for my Illinois real estate license. My availability is completely open and flexible at this time. Let me know what your needs are! I care for dogs in a way that respects their routine, their boundaries, and keep things clean and in order. Whether it be from dog sitting overnight, I have a keen ear to puppies and when they’re up to something or know when they need to go out to potty in the middle of the night. Any other type of care will be simply respecting your home rules & how you like your pet to be handled or trained along the way.
“Stavroula was a good communicator and I really appreciated her accepting my last minute booking. I like that she took pictures of my dog during their walks. I can tell Izzy liked her too… he seemed confused that she left after the walk instead of staying to hang out 😂”

About: I have acquired a unique set of skills. I may not know who you are, or where you’re from. But I will find you. And I will take the best care of your animals!! Also please tell me you know what movie the first part is from. Free schrute bucks if so! I am currently a fourth year medical student. Just moved to the Chicago area to finish med school. My hours are random but short and flexible. Best part about being in my final year is that I can make my own schedule and majority of my days are spent at home studying. I have a fenced in back yard, living with another medical student so one of us is usually always home. There is another small dog in the house and she is older, but loves other animals and is very friendly. I can do leash walks or allow your animal out in your yard for some play time. Whatever is easiest for you and preferred.
“Jacob was my first dog walker for Bear. He arrived later than booked but communicated his arrival. Jacob was able to answer my questions and we spoke about Bear and his behavior. Jacob returned with a happy pup after an hour. I like the report card that shows the walk they went on. I would recommend.”

About: Originally from a small town in Texas I was raised on ranch surrounded by animals and I’ve loved every minute of it. Once I moved away I still wanted to keep animals in my life. I have experience fostering animals and caring for senior pets. I have open availability, so whatever time you need works for me. Whether you need someone to walk your dog while you are at work or someone to watch them overnight, I can help. I have grown up around dogs and spending time with them is one of the most enjoyable things I think a person can do. I am experienced with crate training, training basic commands, and teaching your dog to walk on a leash. If your dog doesn’t need any of that, that is fine too. Whether you just need a quick walk or want me to spend a couple hours with your dog, I will make sure it is the best part of their day!

Oleksandra was great! My girl sassy was tired and happy when I came home. I know they had some great playtime together and sassy was super comfortable with her, which is hard! Sassy can be very shy. She’s high energy but still shy and coming home to a tired happy dog is wonderful. Thanks oleksandra!!!

Lora was great with walking and caring for our pups, Lily and Dawson, and we can't thank her enough for her help! She responded almost immediately to our very last-minute request and followed all of our care instructions without any issues. We hope to be able to book her again anytime that we need care for our dogs!

Grace has been super amazing! I recently broke my foot and live on the third floor of an apartment building. She’s quick to respond and is great with communication! She’s very responsive to my dog and takes good care of him! She has been really helpful and definitely recommended!

Leila walked our dog three times a week for a few months and did an amazing job. She was very friendly and communicated in advance any time something needed to change. Our dog was always happy to see her and got some great exercise. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for someone to walk their dog.

Caline is wonderful with our dog and bunny. My dog loves her, and was so calm when we returned home. Usually after going on a walk with a dog walker, my dog will be quite stressed when we return home- but not with Caline! My dog was so calm when I returned home, I was so impressed as she had never even met Caline before! Also Caline was fantastic when she did drop in visits for my bunny. She sent tons of photos and he was well taken care of.
