About: I absolutely love dogs and caring for them! I got my first dog when I was only 5 years old, and 20 years later, I’ve since had multiple and have fostered puppies as well. I feel very comfortable with all dogs and genuinely love being around them! I’m a responsible young adult living downtown Chicago. As I’m currently between jobs, caring for your pet will be my first priority! I currently have wide open availability. Even when I do resume work, I will likely be partially to fully remote, still allowing me to prioritize pet care. Your dog will be treated as a family member under my care. They will of course be allowed on furniture, to sleep in my bed, and given lots of cuddles and love. I keep my apartment very tidy and free of any hazards.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 16 and have been volunteering at local Humane Societies ever since for both dogs and cats. I currently have 2 pups of my own. One of which has given me great experience with reactive big dogs. Her name is Camilla and she is a staffy and husky mix. She is the sweetest girl but gets spooked easily but with training lots of love and a steady routine she is doing great. And my small pup Mateo who is just happy to be around and he is a havenese mini poodle mix. I have had him since he was a puppy so I know all about what it takes to watch and care for a puppy. I have a lot of experience and am great at following directions to make you and your fur baby comfortable. I schedule my day around my pets routine and I would do the same with yours as well. I start my mornings early and can adjust as needed! I do work full time however most days I am able to work from home which makes it easier to do walks and drop ins! I do have my own two dogs as well, so if okay with you I do prefer to sleep at my own place during pet sitting especially if you are requesting more than a weekend of sitting. However we can discuss and come up with a plan comfortable for you and your pups as well. I believe in respecting you and your pup or cats space. As someone who owns a reactive dog I do not let dogs meet on walks, I am very good at redirecting and ensuring all parties are safe. I refuse to put any dog any dog in a potentially compromising position.

About: Overall, I would describe myself as an animal lover! I volunteered at my local zoo for 3 years, I have had pets my whole life and have pet-sat since I can remember. All of these factors culminate to mean one thing: I will take great care of your pet! I am also an avid hiker and runner so getting the exercise in for your animal will be of no issue. As a pet haver of a cat and dog myself, I understand the extreme love that pets give. I wouldn’t want to leave my pets in hands I didn’t trust—and neither should you! I work part time at a store nearby and work from home on the days when I am not there! I am often all over the city and walking around anywho, so I love to have animals join me! I love to play with and watch cats especially. If staying in my home dogs must be well mannered around cats as there are cats here!
